Position Overview: Our Company, based in Sacramento is searching for an experienced CFO to add to our team! The CFO is responsible for day-to-day financial operations, preparing month-end closings and financial forecasts. The CFO is to provide financial advice to the plant manager using financial data, meeting corporate requirements of the division, and ensuring accuracy of physical inventory. Additionally, they are responsible for controlling the flow of raw materials, tools, and other assets in the manufacturing department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop, implement, and manage finance accounting procedures to guide financial decisions
- Establish, maintain, and monitor appropriate internal control safeguards; and identify problem areas and develop corrective actions
- Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, and annual budgets
- Support sales operations by assisting with pricing data
- Filing of periodic sales and use taxes, or equivalent, with local and state authorities as well as filing annual state property tax returns
- Responsible for inventory Management inclusive of Cycle Counting, Monthly, Annual etc.
- Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variance, initiating corrective actions
- Analyze financial statements and management reports to identify business trends and potential risks/opportunities versus the forecasts
- Provide ongoing evaluation of operating costs and profit margins and advise management on improving efficiency and profitability of the company
- Ensure records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Responsible for cash disbursements, cash receipts, monitoring of delinquent accounts, and monitoring of office and plant equipment purchases
- Ability to follow specific directions to resolve customer issues
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.

SUMMARY
At a high level, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the following functions, Inventory Planning (finished goods and raw materials), Production Planning, Systems & Master Data (ERP, Metrc, Leaflink, etc), Formulation Records / Batch Record Issuance, and outbound order fulfillment. A candidate with strong attention to detail, a background in reporting, excel advanced formulas, systems and inventory planning is of paramount importance to be successful in this role. This role will be integral to each brand or product being made within the facility - product categories being gummies, chocolates, pastilles (lozenges), pre-rolls, and more to come on board in the future.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Material Planning
- Responsible for scheduling production in the ERP.
- Provides Batch Production Records to the Manufacturing Manager.
- Provides pick orders/lists to inventory clerk for correct materials associated with manufacturing order.
- Confirms that Batch Production Records have been filled out appropriately once received back from production.
- Responsible for the entering of Batch Record info into the ERP for Proper Build of Finished Goods in the system and accurate deduction of Raw Materials from stock.
- Maintains and Optimizes Batch Record Templates. Updates Formulas as needed.
- Engages with co-packing brand partners on new product set-ups, item set-ups, and batch record templates.
- Understands and manages the accurate flow and record keeping of Metrc Package ID’s and the respective products throughout the facility.
- Enters data directly into Metrc as needed when ERP is not required or Not Available.
- Submits System Modification Requests to ERP Company for Custom Business System Needs.
- Trains other employees on ERP System as needed.
- Works with Manufacturing Manager and Operations Manager to execute monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts.
- Responsible for the accurate fulfillment of sales orders in the ERP and communication of data, tags and documents to the onsite fulfillment team.
- Responsible for the transportation management system. This includes master data, and set up of proper system flow as it ties to the physical flow of the business
- Responsible for Leaflink Master Data.
- Compliance Responsibilities as they related to the supply chain department.
- Responsible for hiring direct reports within the supply chain department.
- Performs other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the business and as requested by manager.
Supervisory position.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to commute to our Palm Springs facility Monday – Friday, with typical hours being 9am – 530pm.
- Extensive experience with Advanced Excel Formulas & Reporting.
- Experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Materials Planner, Production Planner, Inventory Analyst, Demand Planner, Inventory Control Analyst. 6 years minimum preferred.
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility or other CPG products is a plus.
- Experience with a startup company is a plus.
- Experience with Bill of Materials, Batch Records, MRP, ERP, TMS.

SUMMARY
We are looking for a reliable delivery driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The delivery driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client. When not delivering product, you will be a part of the production team, helping with packaging, labeling and other production processes.
To succeed as a delivery driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
STATUS

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loads, transports, and delivers items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assists with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepts payments for delivered items.
- Provides excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

- Opens facility (unless delegated). Ensures proper protocols are being followed for turning on equipment and other parts of the facility. Reports any issues to other management team members.
- Manages the approval and accuracy of timecards for hourly employees. Ensures timecards are submitted at the end of the period.
- Ensures a clean and safe work environment. Responsible for the following of company SOPs regarding, safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Be on the lookout for machine issues, safety hazards or employee non-compliance with PPE requirements. Takes immediate action as needed. If further assistance is required, report up to CEO/COO.
- In coordination with Executive Chef and other departmental leads, ensures batch records are filled out accurately and thoroughly.
- Takes part in the training of new hires. Ensures all new hires are onboarded properly with training, Live-Scans, and new hire forms
- Provides facility tours to visitors as needed.
- Takes part in monthly physical inventory counts as needed to keep inventory accurate within the facility. Makes sure the team is aware of upcoming physical inventory counts and are prepared for these activities.
