Responsibilities:
Lab Technician will work closely with lab chemist to conduct sample preparation and some simple testing. Training is available.
Essential Job Duties Include:
- Prepare and analyze samples from various cultivators, processors, and dispensaries.
- Follow quality control and assurance procedures in compliance with ISO regulations.
- Promote a positive and safe work environment through understanding of safety (OSHA) regulations, practices, and procedures, including but not limited to biological and chemical hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- B.S. in Chemistry, Environmental Science and Engineering or STEM related fields.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills; and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Know how to speak in Mandarin is plus.
Special Requirements:
- Candidate must maintain confidentiality and take reasonable precautions to keep lab and client data confidential.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to legally work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend at the waist, squat.
- Ability to work with hands, see and hear.
Conditions of Employment:
- Contingent upon a favorable background check.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

HighRes Labs is an ISO-17025 accredited testing laboratory licensed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health and Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority. You bring your business development interests, chemistry intrigue, and team player mentality and we will train you in the field of MMJ testing.
Responsibilities:
The Business Development Specialist will manage marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and business development operations. Honesty and ethics are paramount for this position. This role will be directly responsible for driving revenue through customer acquisition, sales execution and customer relationship management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience and success selling B2B
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Personal transportation to visit existing and potential customers
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Clean criminal history
Job Duties:
- Develop and establish key customer relationships with Medical Cannabis growers, processors, and dispensaries.
- Travel as necessary within Oklahoma for in-person meetings with customers and prospects to develop key relationships.
- Make recommendations for sales strategy within the Oklahoma territory in order to maximize sales productivity.
- Design, implement and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Maintain a CRM of the target customers in Oklahoma.
Additional Preferences:

- Associate degree.
- Experience creating and operating a sales pipeline management system.
