We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team! In this role, you will be connecting with potential customers and closing new business. Our amazing team will support you and help you grow in the role. We are growing and looking for driven individuals who are excited to be on the ground floor of the future of cannabis.
What you'll be doing
- Working with potential customers to build a case for data and drive toward closing sales
- Consistently hitting goals focused on bringing in new business
- Documenting activity in Salesforce and ensuring up-to-date records on all potential customers.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our small but mighty team! Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing deep relationships and proactively monitoring the health of your book of business. You will also work to train the customers on our products and cross-sell when possible. Lastly, you will work internally to remove obstacles for the customers.
What you'll be doing
- Build relationships with customers through touchpoints, responding to inquiries, and helping Support with any issues
- Works with at-risk customers and aims to rescue churn
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce
- Participates in webinars and other training for customers
- Uses LinkedIn to network with current and future customers and manages all communications
- Help build our CS team, including running reports for managements, actively participate in meetings, and make improvements where needed
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in Customer Success, usually gained around 2 years of experience
- Ability to build relationships with the customers, proactively monitor the health of the relationship, reach out and save at-risk customers, and drive to renewals.
- You will be working in Salesforce and Outreach daily, having some experience is great, but a willingness to learn is even better!

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a passion for big data and have a healthy dose of obsession for data cleanliness. They will spend most of their time 'heads down' in our large database of cannabis brands and products, identifying and correcting errors. They should be self-motivated and excited to contribute resources to the growing international cannabis industry. Detail-oriented and a completionist nature are a must for this role. Leave no stone unturned and no data untidied!
What you'll be doing
- Audit and improve product database entries
- Normalize product syntax and metadata via in-house software portal
- Targeted data entry to complement the work of our primary data entry team and improve data sets for specific analyses
- Research new cannabis brands and products to ensure data capture and accuracy
- Build training materials for our off-shore team of 15 data entry specialists
Your experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work autonomously on repetitive tasks and maintain focus with high levels of attention to detail for extended periods of time
- Outstanding internet research skills
- Ability to understand, memorize, and implement a large set of data-entry protocols across a diverse product taxonomy
- Knowledge of Excel
- Solid understanding of current legal cannabis markets (product types, rules and regulations, etc.)
Bonus
- Experience working in the cannabis industry in any adult use or medical market
Please note: this is an entry level position that will not level up to a data analyst or scientist role. We are looking for someone detail oriented, focused, and excited to get a foot into the cannabis industry.
