Have a Heart Belltown is hiring for Security! You will maintain a high visibility presence to prevent disturbances and illegal or dangerous activity in and around our Downtown Seattle area store.
This is a full time position requiring open and flexible scheduling availability including nights and weekends. We offer hourly pay plus daily cash tips, a monthly bonus program, a generous employee discount, health insurance after 60 days and paid time off after 90 days.
Minimum of two years work experience as security at a high volume cannabis retailer, bar or nightclub is required. Security experience in the Belltown area preferred.

- Protect the store's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment

Our flagship Belltown cannabis store has a rare opening for a Full Time Budback!
The Budback is responsible providing support to inventory and budtender teammates through stocking, organizing, auditing and retrieving products throughout a scheduled shift. This position may be assigned to work both back- and front-of-house areas, including the online order station and inventory stock room. This position will also assist on the floor of the shop as needed, interacting with guests to take orders and answer questions about available products.
This position will be scheduled primarily nights and weekends, however other shifts may be required based on business need.
This is a full time position eligible for health insurance benefits after 90 days as a full time employee.
