Duties:
- Responsible for weighing, counting, sealing and labeling Harbor Farmz products
- Performs repetitive workstation or assembly line operations
- Accountable for performing quality checks, reviewing test results, work orders or production lists according to Standard Operating Procedures
- May involve inventory management, tracking and conversions
- Uses various equipment including measuring equipment and other tools and machinery as required for the task at hand
- Follows and executes compliant practices adhering in accordance with state regulations and Harbor Farmz standard operating procedures.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Establish and manage sales relationships with dispensary clients
- Travel to clients on a regular basis and create demand for the company products

Inventory ManagerJob Description
As Inventory Manager for Harbor Farmz, you will be responsible for all aspects of inventory monitoring in cultivation and processing, and for providing department managers with reports and schedules needed to maintain inventory levels. The Inventory Manager will impact the organization by planning and prioritizing operations to ensure compliance with State regulations and making sure that system data accurately matches.
It is instrumental that the Inventory Manager has a clear understanding of Leaf Logix, METRC and batches. He / She will help to create SOP’s regarding Leaf Logix inventory operations and then train and oversee their compliant implementation by the necessary staff.
Responsible for compliant inventory practices, both in Leaf Logix and in Metrc. This person must adhere to the regulations concerning medical and adult use cannabis put forth by the state of Michigan.
Along with ongoing development of your job description, immediate responsibilities for the role of Inventory Manager include:Responsibilities:
- Acts as point of contact for the Leaf Logix and METRC for cultivation and is instrumental in the implementation of the system
- Will be project lead of any system implementation needs
- Assess MED versus AU inventory and make movements between licenses
- Owns the virtual process of moving product in between locations
- Assess new items coming in and creates these items in Leaf Logix
- Tracks and monitors Harbor Farmz Inventory
- Ensure inventory is not within Harbor Farmz expiration guidelines
- Maintain FIFO, first in first out
- Plans and prioritizes operations to ensure maximum performance with minimal delays
- Monitors materials usage, requests cycle counts and works with appropriate personnel to monitor cannabis inventory levels
- Recommends optimal process improvements for high quality and cost effectiveness
- Evaluates system performance and recommends improvements
- Attends/Conducts frequent meetings with management and production teams to prioritize and plan production activities to maintain on-time delivery
- Uses discretion to expedite critical jobs when necessary
- Assists with coordination of interdepartmental activities with quality, operations, and purchasing
- Coordinates daily inventory counts; Questions and investigates when counts don’t match
- Adjust inventory levels in Leaf Logix daily
- Works with upper management for price adjustments
- Reconciles month end inventory as needed
- Input testing results into Leaf Logix
- Trains necessary employees on METRC practices - this includes product intake teams
- Trains necessary employees on SOP’s in regard to METRC and physical inventory processes that include but are not limited to product intake, organization, labelling of product, display of product, and disposal of product
- Trains department managers and product intake teams to be able to successfully intake product in both METRC and Leaf Logix
- Trains department managers and product intake teams on how to check inventory and edit inventory in both METRC and POS if needed
- Trains department managers on how to label product both in backstock, in rotation and on display
- Conducts regular meetings with the general manager, store managers, and product intake teams to communicate needs, hear feedback and adjust processes as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 21 years of age

Working with the Cultivation Manager, the Assistant Grower will assist in the day-to-day operations of growing consistent, high-quality cannabis while remaining fully consistent with Harbor Farmz standard operating procedures. Extensive knowledge of the plant and its environment are necessary for success.
Duties:
- Implements cultivation techniques and methodologies at various stages of plant growth and development, as directed by Cultivation Management Team.
- Participates in harvests, trimming, cloning and other duties to maintain an efficient workflow through-out the facility.
- Assists in the operations of the grow, to include but not limited to set-up, cleaning of pots and equipment, repotting, and all other duties as required.
- Maintains a respectful and business-like can-do attitude.
- Maintains a serious, positive and team-oriented approach to Security, reporting any security concerns or breaches immediately to designated person(s).
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Cultivation Management Team daily to ensure that whatever needs to be done within the facility and with the plants is completed in a timely manner.
- Reviews daily check lists and ensures that the appropriate procedures within each room are completed and ensures that the rooms are clean and in good working order.
- Understands and reviews operational equipment within the indoor plant production rooms, including temperature gauges, water and CO2 levels.

The responsibilities of the Extraction Technician for Harbor Farmz broadly embrace the key areas described below. The Technician will assist Laboratory Director with daily tasks, facilitating the extraction and processing of plant materials, as well as the routine clean-up of the laboratory. The Extraction Tech will also monitor and maintain stock inventory levels. This position performs other duties in the Lab as assigned to help maintain a consistent, high-quality product line consistent with Harbor Farmz Standard Operating Procedures.
Duties/Authority:
- Assist with the daily operations and sanitation of cannabis extraction equipment in accordance with state and company standards
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and reducing waste.
- Utilizes laboratory equipment according to SOPs and follows all safety guidelines at all times
- Maintains inventory tracking, including re-stocking chemicals, machine parts and other various laboratory supplies.
- Responsible for accurate batch record tracking and data collection in accordance with all governing regulations
- May assist with process development and SOP design using data-based decision making
