Position – Account Executive, Full-Time
Reports to: Gabino Avila
Hara Supply is an industry leader in the manufacturing of pre-rolled cones and packaging for the cannabis industry. Our company owns and operates 150,000 square feet of the highest-quality cone production across multiple facilities with 2,500 employees. We are the first semi-automatic ISO 9001:2005, GMP, HACCP certified facility in the world. Hara Supply delivers a host of business solutions for the premier brands in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
- Hit monthly revenue targets for new and existing clients
- Develop strong relationships with decision makers within accounts
- Track daily activities via CRM (cold calls, emails, meetings)
- Be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Maintain Hara Supply product knowledge and communicate this effectively and clearly to existing and potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals while overcoming objections
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment
Skills and Requirements:
- High-level attention to detail
- Three years of B to B selling experience
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Self-driven and organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with a changing workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- Ability to initiate and follow through on work independently
- Professional demeanor, strong work ethic
- Eager to learn and enthusiastic
- Excellent verbal, written and negotiation skills
- Possess a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Some travel required
Salary plus commission based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,702.00 - $52,389.00 per year
