We are looking for a chief grow/cultivation operator with at least 5 years of cannabis cultivation experience including at least 2 of those years as a chief grow/cultivation operator.
Our company started in Oklahoma last year and we are expanding to Oregon in 2021. We are a boutique grow operation with a heavy focus on establishing ourself as both a top tier cannabis cultivation company and lifestyle brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Drive both short-term and long-term revenue channels.
- Work with management to develop realistic revenue targets and pricing based on market information.
- Assist and support team members with positivity and proactivity in all day-to-day matters.
- Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company regulations.
- Managing time and respecting protocol under fast-paced conditions are a must.
- Master and assist in order fulfillment and related system(s).
- Respect rules, guidelines and company standards at all times.
- Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and to determine margins.
- Coordinates marketing and promotional activities based on company campaign's. Including but not limited to: weekly pop ups at vendor retail stores and social media.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate requests and/or problems to management when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for vendors depending on their individual needs.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to vendors clearly and effectively.
- Assist in processing and replenishing retail merchandise and monitoring stock and participate in inventory counts of retail and cannabis.
- Sales generation ensuring maximum sales and profit goals, loss prevention, inventory management, merchandising.
- Perform other sales-related work, as required.
- Own a vehicle in good operating shape.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One year cannabis industry experience.
- One year sales experience in any industry. Cannabis and/or pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) / Seed to Sale Inventory Management experience required. Some retail experience required.
- Working knowledge of Email, Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with OK Medical Cannabis Program rules and regulations.
- Must be minimum 21 years old and have a current, valid State of Oklahoma driver license. Must remain compliant with local, state, and federal laws, statutes, and regulations; particularly those related to working in the cannabis industry.
- Must be State of Oklahoma resident for at least 2 years and provide proof of residency.
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computing skills.
- Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match.
- Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction.
- High level of integrity.
- A passion for cannabis that is translatable to a diverse group of ages, ethnicities and professionals.
- Prior cannabis sales is a plus.
- Having an Oklahoma marijuana transporter designation at current job is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching.
