Social Media Manager Job Overview
We are searching for an experienced and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company’s social media accounts(currently Facebook and Instagram). You will be expected to generate unique textual and visual content, plan out the posting schedules and engage followers.
The goal is to maintain and enhance our company’s image though creative planning to accomplish our marketing goals and effectively communicate our brand. You will be expected to keep yourself updated about all the trending digital technologies and social media trends specifically within the cannabis industry.
It is important that Güd Gardens’ philosophies and vision can be expressed clearly and creatively; therefore, exceptional communication skills are a must.
This role is a contractual opportunity and the expected hours worked per week is 15-20. Work will be performed remotely with exception to monthly meetings and on-site content capture and creation.Contracted pay is roughly $250-$400/week and is dependent upon experience and scope of work completed.
Responsibilities:
Daily: *
- Build and create unique textual and visual content
- Update your social editorial calendar and update Admin as necessary
- Work on blog posts for website o Respond to inbound social messages and posts
- Monitor and respond to brand mentions
- Create conversations with brand advocates
- Find and engage with potential customers
- Research the social media industry in relation to cannabis
- Update your social editorial calendar
- Study and know Güd Gardens products and services

Weekly *
- Post to Instagram 2x/week
- Post to Facebook 2x/week
- Report Posting outcomes/successes/failures via email
- Research on current standard trends and audience likings
- Run social media analytics
- Encourage sharing through employee advocacy

Monthly *
- Meet with Administrative team to review monthly outcomes, establish future direction and present the next month’s strategy and calendar.
*Requirements:
- Must have own equipment (camera, computer, etc)
- Proven work experience in Social Media
- Experience in product photography
- Strong working knowledge of content management systems
- Excellent copywriting abilities
- Ability to create and deliver creative and innovative content
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Knowledge of SEO and social media is a plus

Organic cannabis farm seeking qualified, enthusiastic Inventory Manager to augment our dynamic team. We are located just outside of Grants Pass. This is a Full-Time position: Monday – Friday 8-4, with paid lunch breaks. Salary range is between $38,000-$40,000.
Inventory Manager
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for management and reporting of all inventory related matters for the company.
Essential Functions:
- Meet company inventory needs by ensuring sufficiency of systems and coordinating with departments.
- Review sales forecasts; compare to results and update as appropriate.
- Establish measured daily, weekly and monthly KPIs though reports.
- Place stocking orders, re-orders and special orders with specific vendors as well as prepare and dispatch purchase orders.
- Confer with vendor contacts to obtain favorable and timely deliveries as well as the best possible pricing.
- Coordinate with vendors on inventory planning and flow strategies, vendor requirements and contingency planning.
- Update and ensure appropriate inventory tracking in Metrc and Leaflink.
- Respond to and advise the various departments within the organization regarding products, deliveries, etc.
- Delegates inventory related tasks and assignments to department managers.
- Process the return of defective or expired items.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in inventory and sales reports.
- Implement improved security and storage procedures to reduce loss and theft.
- Investigate all facets of facilities operation to troubleshoot processes and make recommended improvements.
- Analyze complex transaction histories in effort to reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting to management regarding inventory levels, production data, and harvesting forecasts.
- Advise marketing on potential sales based on current and projected inventory levels.
- Check all invoice discrepancies involving vendors in your area of responsibility. Correct and approve and return to accounting in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and quality control new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.
- Manage adherence to compliance rules and regulations surrounding inventory matters.
- Inspect the levels of supplies and raw material to identify shortages/overages.
- Manage monthly inventory counts at all facilities (including merchandise inventory) and resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist Accounting/Finance by providing data and reports related to cost of goods sold.
- Assisting in Product transport to offsite wholesale storage.

Minimum Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field, preferred.
- 3-5 years related experience in inventory management
Working Conditions:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 40 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), manage stairs (not in all locations), perform all commercially typical cleaning requirements.

Organic cannabis farm located near Grants Pass seeking an experienced trimmer and packager through the summer, who will also help with outdoor harvest and production through the fall. The work consists of bucking down, hand-trimming and packaging product. Product packaging includes making and packaging prerolls and multipacks. In the fall, it’s all hands on deck-- we all pitch in to help with the outdoor garden harvest.
