The Role:
We’re seeking an Account Executive to join our team of Sales experts. The Account Executive will report to the Director, USA Sales and be responsible for being the market expert for their territory and driving direct revenue production.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Achieving both individual and company targets
- Controlling full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Manage existing customer base while continuing to hunt net-new business
- Some travel is required
- Act as brand ambassador and manage sales booth at respective trade-shows
- Collaborate cross functionally to achieve interdepartmental goals
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three or more years in a professional environment
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Consultative selling and prospecting skills
- Successful track record in a high volume sales environment
- Proven objection handling ability
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Desire to work in a “win as a team” sales environment
- Competitive spirit
- Coachable and collaborative attitude

The Business Development Representative is responsible for expanding Greentank’s customer base within the US marketplace. They will accomplish this by identifying prospective customers and initiating a client relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Work in lock-step with Sales Representatives
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Representatives
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Present Greentank Technologies Corp. as a professional, trusted brand to potential clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Focus on continuous improvement by applying various techniques and principles and making recommendations to management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Three to five years in a professional environment
- Cannabis industry experience considered a strong asset
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative or similar role
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Patient and active listener
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
