The manufacturing technician will work closely with all Directors and other employees to perform various tasks and assignments as needed. Attention to detail, precision and efficiency are essential. High quality standards must always be maintained to ensure that all aspects of the process being performed is accurate and in line with compliance requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)
· Wash hands and put on the required PPE (gloves, hairnet, lab coat, etc.)
· Understand and maintain all MO MMJ guidelines and immediately seek a manager for any situation in which you are uncertain how to proceed
· Assist with any tasks in other areas at the direction of manager upon completion (FGI, dishwashing and general clean up)
· Organize and maintain neat and clean work areas
· Monitor equipment to ensure it is in proper running order, cleaning as needed and throughout the process
· The following list is dependent upon the task that is assigned (not all inclusive):
o Remove 1 tray from rack and place the template on the tray
o Arrange gummies using template ensuring no doubles, defects and universal symbol is visible
o Place finished tray back on rack and proceed to take the next tray to workstation and repeat last step until all gummies are arranged properly
o Take finished rack to the dosing area
o Complete all racks before assisting others
o Take pre-arranged gummy rack to dosing machine
o Set pump to produce 12 rows per cycle (adjust pump delay to the need of dosing operator)
o Apply dose to each row of gummies while making sure all gummies receive proper dosage (if tincture hits sheet pan, proper dose was not applied and will be discarded as infused waste)
o Place infused gummy tray back on rack and repeat last step until all gummies are properly dosed
o Take racks that have already been dosed and begin cure process
o Place gummies into food safe bins and bring to the packaging room
o Input all required information into the terminal (Production batch #, expiration, potency, etc.)
o Arrange workstation with bags to maintain workflow throughout process
o Adjust the conveyor to the needs of operator making sure labels are printed clearly and visible
o Feed the conveyor with bags steadily until predetermined number of bags is complete
o Arrange finished bags in a bin and provide the bin to the packaging operator
o Place all complete packages in storage bins
o Package completed product into their outgoing boxes in accordance with order invoices and label them correctly
o Stage boxes that are ready for pickup in vault
o Deliver filled invoice to Vault Manager to arrange pickup
o On pickup day, bring all packages ready to go to the fulfillment room
o Verify all packages in fulfillment room are correct
o Verify with courier all packages set to ship and bring any discrepancies to the Vault Manager before letting the courier leave
o Bring completed invoices to Vault Manager to submit for payment
o Various hand assembly tasks

§ · Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the department as needed and/or requested by their direct supervisor; this may include but is not limited to, helping other departments.

§ · Ability to evaluate and adapt to new processing methods, must meet, or exceed established production goals, and/or modify technique/procedures.
§ · Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to the cultivation process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)
- Clone, clean/sanitize pots, fill pots with soil and transplant plants at different growth stages to prepare them for the flowering stage.
- Top, defoliate, trellis and prune plants based on instructions provided by management.
- Move plants from the vegetation to stage into designated flowering bays, space the pots according to the number of pots per bench, ensure irrigation stakes and emitters are placed correctly to ensure all plants are receiving adequate amounts of water.
- Weighs waste by specific bench and/or strain, dumps waste into red waste barrels, and updates the waste tracking sheet.
- Harvests product; defoliated, hangs and organizes product by strain and batch.
- Periodically moves/rotates barrels and/or boxes to keep a consistent drying/curing process.
- Manually and/or by cart transport waste stems to the dumping area.
- Clear spots and waste out of the greenhouse to prepare for new planting.
- Maintains and upkeeps of all equipment, tools, supplies and products throughout the work shift to make certain departments clean when customers, management, or regulatory agencies walk the property.

Looking for an experienced greenhouse cannabis cultivator to oversee a 39,000sf greenhouse grow in Central Missouri one hour outside of St Louis. Pay is subject to experience. We are looking for someone with a very strong understanding of hybrid greenhouse climate controls, maintenace, feed and nutrient systems, cannabis safe IPM systems, the use of beneficial insects and planning from clone or auto flower seedling. Additional opportunities for applicants with seed breeding and a genetics portfolio.
