Weekend Post-Harvest Specialist
The Weekend Post-Harvest Specialist is a key role in Green Dot Lab’s cultivation facilities. The goal of this position is to support harvesting, drying and trimming of Green Dot Labs’ cannabis with the utmost care while meeting daily production goals and maintaining an organized, pathogen free workspace. The position requires a self-motivated individual, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. This position is scheduled to work 4 x 10-hour days, Friday through Monday.
Essential Duties:
Harvesting:
- Assist cultivation staff with weekly harvesting of mature plants from flower rooms including but not limited to de-leafing, removing plants from canopy, hanging plants on drying racks, shucking, packaging and weighing
- Assure all harvested plants are handled with care avoiding potential for contamination during harvesting, transport and storage
- Review harvest allocations with Post-Harvest Lead and assure all plant material is handled appropriately and placed in the correct processing pathway
- Report any issues with harvest batches directly to the Post-Harvest Lead
- Update production and KPI logs daily under guidance of the Post-Harvest Lead
Trimming:
- Adapting trim style specific to individual strains
- Removal of flower from drying racks and transporting from drying rooms to harvest areas
- Sorting, qualifying and hand manicuring dried flowers to company standards
Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Cleaning and sanitization of all work areas including but not limited to workstations, cultivation rooms, harvest rooms, drying rooms and storage areas
- Perform waste management duties for both ‘green waste’ and regular trash
- Reset workstations prior to closing each day to ensure all tools and materials are prepared for the next shift
Compliance:
Follow compliance with all City, County and State Regulations including, but not limited to the MED's?Current & Permanent Marijuana Rules?for Licensed Premise, RMCF, Transport & Storage, Business Records, Labeling, Packaging & Safety, Testing?etc.

The Inventory Control Specialist is a very important role for Green Dot Labs. The Inventory Control Specialist works across the Sales and Lab departments to ensure that Green Dot Labs’ inventory is accurate. The Inventory Control Specialist will work with the Sales Ops, Order Fulfillment, and Packaging teams.
Inventory Control:
- Daily cyclical inventory audits
- Monthly inventory audits
- Receive Finished Goods and enter into NAV
- Work with Order Fulfillment/Packaging to identify cause of variances
- Receive product from extraction that has passed testing
- Bi-weekly audits of WIP inventory
- Maintain organized storage of WIP inventory
- Help Inventory Manager select batches for packaging
- Identify and correct Metrc and NAV inventory discrepancies
- Finish tags in Metrc
- Organize Finished Goods inventory
- Receive rejected/returned product from orders
Order Fulfillment:
- Provide back up to Order Fulfillment for order assembly and QC
- Receive and organize shipments of supplies and dry goods
Compliance & Record Keeping Tasks
- Maintain Finished Goods physical inventory in NAV and Metric
- Maintain high-level Metrc knowledge and skills
- Maintain confident comprehension and ensure compliance of MED Medical and Retail Rules and City of Boulder regulations as they apply to post-extraction production and delivery.
- Complete all available Metrc training
- Participate in compliance audits
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all GDL policies, procedures, SOPs pertinent to labeling, Inventory Control and packing/transporting cannabis.

Post-Cultivation Weekend Lead
The goal of the Post-Cultivation Weekend Lead is to facilitate harvesting, drying, trimming and curing of Green Dot Labs’ cannabis with the utmost care while ensuring daily production goals are met and maintaining an organized, pathogen free workspace. This role supports the Post-Cultivation Lead with quality control, mentoring and administrative post-cultivation processes within the GDL cultivation facility. These duties include but are not limited to inspecting trim quality, training new employees, weighing product, Metrc reporting, data collection, all while adhering to compliance with all city and state regulations. The position requires a self-motivated individual, attention to detail, organizational and technical expertise, and the ability to work well with a team. The Post-Cultivation Weekend Lead must have strong communication skills to support the assignment of daily duties performed by the Post-Cultivation staff. Proficiency in computer skills is required for regular inventory management and data entry throughout the harvest and post-harvest processes.
This position is scheduled to work 4 x 10-hour days, Friday through Monday.
Compliance/Metrc:

Metrc
- Assist with accurate daily reconciliation of post-cultivation records
- Assist with reporting issues into the “Metrc Incident Report Log” to accurately log errors occurring within Metrc
Lead Duties:
- Assist with oversight of Post-Cultivation Specialists
- Assign tasks related to harvesting, drying, trimming, curing, testing, transferring, sorting and adhering to quality control standards
- Ensure all harvest/post-harvest tasks delegated by the Post-Cultivation Lead are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with training of employees in areas including but not limited to the harvesting process, drying, curing, trimming, creating testing samples and transferring fresh-frozen and dried cannabis to other licensed facilities
- Participate in regular meetings with Post-Cultivation Lead to review current operations, quality control standards, compliance, personnel, maintenance, budgets, inventory planning, etc.
- Stay current with department wide policies, processes and procedures
- Assist with collection of weekly KPI’s
Post-Cultivation:
- Assist with weekly harvesting of mature plants from flower rooms including but not limited to de-leafing, removing plants from canopy, hanging plants on drying racks, shucking, packaging and weighing
- Assure all harvested plants are handled with care avoiding potential for contamination during harvesting, transportation and storage
- Review harvest allocations with Post-Cultivation Lead and ensure all plant material is handled appropriately and placed in the correct processing pathway (BHO, SHO, Dried Flower, etc.)
- Adapt trim style for each individual strains’ traits
- Removal of flower from drying racks and transporting from drying rooms to harvest areas
- QC, sorting, qualifying and hand manicuring dried flowers to company standards
- Diagnose and report to Post-Cultivation Lead any issues occurring with harvested, drying and curing plants
- Assist with monitoring environmental conditions of drying rooms, harvest rooms, freezers and storage areas
- Report any discrepancies to ideal environmental conditions immediately to the Post-Cultivation Lead
- Assist with updating production and post-cultivation logs daily
Maintenance:
- Assist with building maintenance including electrical, HVAC and irrigation as directed by Post-Cultivation Lead
- Regular cleaning & sterilizing of all post-cultivation work areas
- Maintain harvest, drying, and curing areas in good working condition including but not limited to helping with waste removal, destroying plants, and equipment maintenance
- Provide support for special projects upon request
- Maintain knowledge & expertise related to the latest technology within harvesting, drying, curing, testing, processing and packaging cannabis
Inventory Management:
- Help to ensure all harvest batches, testing, transfers and waste reports are accurately reflected in Metrc
- Assist with weekly audits on existing inventory to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with Post-Cultivation Lead to assure product is allocated correctly and in a timely manner
Work Environment:
- Approximately 40-hour work week including weekends
- Overtime hours as requested/approved by Cultivation Supervisor
- Working hours will be spent in the post-cultivation stages of the grow

The Graphic Designer is a key position on the growing Brand Marketing team at Green Dot Labs, Colorado’s #1 premium cannabis brand. This position is responsible for producing graphics and strategic assets in sales and marketing as well as other departments as GDL continues to grow its footprint in the Colorado Market. The GDL brand is highly visible and widely recognized as a symbol of premium quality and innovation in cannabis genetics, cultivation and extraction. This role focuses on design development, production and coordination that will further strengthen the brand’s market leadership and awareness among consumers.
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for excellence, a sound understanding of design fundamentals, and a carefully cultivated, critical eye for aesthetic value and visual appeal. Candidates can expect a fast- paced environment with a large volume of projects and deliverables and an exceptionally high standard of quality and attention to detail. Highly qualified candidates will have design experience in cannabis retail environments, cannabis products, luxury or premium CPG or other premium brands.
All applicants must submit a design portfolio with representative design work samples to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and update brand and program marketing graphics and collateral from concept through production.
- Oversee full design print proofing and production process for new and updated designs including file production, revisions, proof production/review.
- Produce and oversee outside production of product and brand photography including shot list development, storyboarding, shoot staffing, styling, review, and finalization
- Coordinate with operational, sales and marketing departments to facilitate asset design and update requests. Maintain request pipeline.
- Develop, maintain, and update template assets including business cards, email signatures, press kit materials and info sheets.
- Design professional presentation materials for groups of various sizes including internal presentations and training modules for optimal visual impact.
- Design email newsletter templates and create drafts with direction and copy from the marketing director and manager.
- Develop and draft branded applications across all approved applications including merch, display, print, web, social.
- Adapt existing design files and assets as needed, including for changes to packaging, new applications, and for changes to brand standards.
- Track and provide reporting on all current and upcoming design projects.
- Facilitate and document internal design asset review and approval process.
- Review all internal and external assets for brand standard compliance and design integrity.
- Manage and contribute visual assets for social media content calendar with Marketing Manager.
- Maintain and update internal visual asset libraries. Distribute assets as requested to internal and external parties.
- Update website as needed and maintain with current visuals including photos, brand
- Research, vet, and coordinate activities with outside vendors supporting design work.
Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
- 3+ years graphic design work and marketing experience
- Exceptional graphic design, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Proficient in Office programs and systems including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint
- Proficient in digital publishing programs including WordPress and MailChimp
- Experience working with design and print production vendors and processes
- Experience creating presentations for high-level audiences and groups of various sizes
- Experience organizing, managing and deploying a large number of graphic assets
- Project management experience, preferably in Asana
- Current MED keyholder badge
- College graduate with graphic design degree preferred

Work Environment:
- This role typically requires 45 or more working hours per week.
- Generally, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with additional hours as needed on weeknights and weekends.
- This role is based at GDL’s North Denver office. Travel to GDL’s Boulder office and to vendor sites will be required.

Post-Harvest Specialist
The Post-Harvest Specialist is a key role in Green Dot Lab’s cultivation facilities. The goal of this position is to support harvesting, drying and trimming of Green Dot Labs’ cannabis with the utmost care while meeting daily production goals and maintaining an organized, pathogen free workspace. The position requires a self-motivated individual, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. This position will report to the Post-Harvest Lead.
Essential Duties:
Harvesting:
- Assist cultivation staff with weekly harvesting of mature plants from flower rooms including but not limited to de-leafing, removing plants from canopy, hanging plants on drying racks, shucking, packaging and weighing
- Assure all harvested plants are handled with care avoiding potential for contamination during harvesting, transport and storage
- Review harvest allocations with Post-Harvest Lead and assure all plant material is handled appropriately and placed in the correct processing pathway
- Report any issues with harvest batches directly to the Post-Harvest Lead
- Update production and KPI logs daily under guidance of the Post-Harvest Lead
Trimming:
- Adapting trim style specific to individual strains
- Removal of flower from drying racks and transporting from drying rooms to harvest areas
- Sorting, qualifying and hand manicuring dried flowers to company standards
Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Cleaning and sanitization of all work areas including but not limited to workstations, cultivation rooms, harvest rooms, drying rooms and storage areas
- Perform waste management duties for both ‘green waste’ and regular trash
- Reset workstations prior to closing each day to ensure all tools and materials are prepared for the next shift
Compliance:
Follow compliance with all City, County and State Regulations including, but not limited to the MED's Current & Permanent Marijuana Rules for Licensed Premise, RMCF, Transport & Storage, Business Records, Labeling, Packaging & Safety, Testing etc.
The Post-Harvest Specialist is responsible for adhering to workplace compliance within all current State and City regulations, Labor laws, Safety regulations and Green Dot Labs Policies, Procedures and Guidelines. State and City regulations MED (State of Colorado) CCR 212-3.

- Safety gear and PPE, such as sunglasses, gloves, goggles, face masks, ear protection and safety footwear must be worn on a regular basis

Packaging Specialist
The Packaging Specialist is an entry level position in our quality-driven, craft concentrate Packaging facility. This person will be involved in many aspects of the Packaging process of the concentrates as they move through the final stages in our lab. This person will be required to focus on quality product, time management and efficiency. The ability to remain focused on Packaging goals and communicate with team members and supervisor(s) is critical.
Tasks:
- Maintaining clean work space
- Adhering to all safety guidelines of Packaging and handling of materials in the lab
- Cutting parchment paper or foil paper to correct size and shape
- Breaking down product into gram increments, performing quality control, packaging, labeling, and assembling shipment
- Assisting with labeling of outgoing orders
- Keeping lab equipment clean, orderly and in good condition
Administrative and Ancillary Tasks:
- Tracking and recording daily Packaging data
- Assisting in the delivery process as requested
- Additional duties as assigned
Work Environment:
- Standard 40-hour workweek
- Working hours will be spent in the lab
