Customer Service Representative/Front Desk
Overview
The Customer Service Representative has an important role within the company and requires a multidimensional skill set. The successful Customer Service Representative candidate will be responsible for many customers' first impression of the company when visiting or calling in for the first time. An ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base, managing a range of tasks frequently during busy and stressful circumstances, all the while greeting all customers with a smile are essential attributes for the successful candidate.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for verifying that all Nevada patient recommendations and Nevada identification are accurate, non-expired and verified before allowing patients to enter the facility, for answering basic customer questions and following up with basic client requests, answering phones, managing customer flow and queue within the store, and maintaining client records.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet all patients with a positive and professional attitude ;
- Verify patient Nevada identification and doctor Nevada recommendation;
- Ensures that all patient intakes adhere to policies and procedures;
- Manage patient queue within the facility;
- Maintain and update patient records, within the POS;
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks as necessary such as answering telephone, screen callers, check voicemail, relays messages, and maintain calendars;
- When necessary, provide new patients with tour of the facility;
- Update Weedmaps with product information and test results;
- Update company menu boards for live accuracy with test results;
- Helps support other facility employees and staff by performing other tasks as apparent or as delegated by supervisor; and
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Accurately log patient counts inpatient count calendar;
- Attend regular mandatory training classes and staff meetings.
- Cleaning Waiting Room
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment often during busy and stressful circumstances;
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Point of Sale software;
- Excellent phone and listening skills;
- Ability to cultivate long- term customer relationships;
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner;

Dispensary managers oversee ALL operations at a marijuana dispensary.
General job duties include and not limited to monitoring the inventory of cannabis product, hiring and training budtenders, sales, security staff, and setting standards and protocols for delivering products and services. You may also communicate directly with patients to recommend products and answer questions when the budtenders are unable to do so. To ensure the products are handled and used properly, you will be asked to supervise all employees during transactions and make sure patients receive accurate documentation on what they can expect from the product with a receipt.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary contact for the business, internally and externally
- Assist in overseeing the entire operation of the dispensary
- Ensures that the dispensary operations stay in compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Responsible for assuring that all books, reports, and certificates required by law are properly kept on file
- Maintain the company's plan on both long-term and short-term goals (as needed)
- Interview, hire, supervise and if necessary, terminate any of the subsequent employees
- Cross-train all associates to maximize the efficiency of staff levels
- Supervise contractors and/or vendors
- Make sure security procedures are functioning and in place
- Accountable for security personnel and security equipment functionality
- Ensure that staff members are adequately trained and following company set protocols
- Ensure that all staff members are patient-oriented
- Check that all administrative records are up to date
- Ensure maintenance, cleanliness and proper setup for the dispensary is achieved daily
- Educate the patient population on the advantages of our dispensary
- Assist in receiving products for the dispensary, when necessary
- Assist in marketing strategies; including working relationships with local medical doctors, as well as ensuring all social media is being updated daily/weekly/monthly.
- Recommend additional work to be done in the dispensary to the Regional Manager
- Review Department of Public Health inspection reports and notices and note any action to be taken
- Fill in any position needed at dispensary site
- Oversee daily dispensary operations and monitor patient interaction and reception
- Oversee and ensure delivery services are optimized
- Set weekly work schedule for any subsequent dispensary agents
- Responsible for opening and closing the dispensary
- Responsible for opening the safe, counting money, managing incoming and outgoing cash and inventory
- Verify the closing cash register reports and beginning/ending inventory are balanced
- Responsible for which products will be available and when they will be available
- Ensure inventory levels match patient needs
Qualifications:

- Financial analysis skills sufficient to interpret operating statements and other financial reporting data, manage budgets and control inventory (reduce/eliminate shrinkage).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview:
The Inventory Lead’s primary responsibilities are to oversee day-to-day operations alongside the Inventory Manager. Leads are responsible for keeping a track record of product on the sales floor and in back stock ensuring the sales floor is always stocked
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Stay fully aware of the movement of products from vault, back stock and sales floor
· Notify Inventory Manager on any discrepancies found before any adjustments are finalized
· helps organize monthly inventory counts and quarterly inventory counts, overseas the restocking
· Help coordinate breakdown of bulk product, assist as needed to package product
· Make sure all product labels/ metrc tags are organized and compliant
· Helps with product destruction as needed
· Ensure order tracker is up to date with deliveries, verifies all incoming packages, collects invoices, manifests, vendor licenses and COA’s for filing purpose.
· Keep logs updated by date, month and time (order tracker/destruction log/supplies/cleaning log)
· Intake product deliveries with full verification of entire delivery before fully accepting (receive through metrc and POS system)
· Processing orders in a timely manner upon arrival of delivery, Keeping a close specified net orders (net 10, net 30 etc.)
· Properly convert product from the full extent of building the product with the correct information and pricing. Keeping a close eye on product quantity to avoid any future discrepancies.
· Dressing up the sales floor to keep products in designated areas. This process helps keeps the flow of sales at a steady pace giving easy-to-find access to the budtenders. This task also involves reorganizing the sales floor depending on the volume of product being received. Redesign & reorganize as you feel necessary.
· Take ownership of the online menu, and delegate or specifically address all changes necessary for updates. Updating the product master when it comes to moving specified batches to the sales floor. This will keep up with our online menu being accurate with current floor items.
· Other duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be well versed on navigating through the company's current POS system.
· Critical Thinking, organization Skills, and thorough planning
· Ability to work with all levels of employees, vendors, and the public sharing information to the best of one's knowledge.
· Monitors all inventory activities and notifies management of any discrepancies which will lead into investigating said products.
