Specific responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Cultivation Floor Manager will direct Associates to the designated area for the workday (Veg, Flower, or Fertigation Rooms).
- Follow directions from Cultivation Floor Lead for specific tasks within the area (Veg, Flower or Fertigation Rooms).
- Vegetative Plants – knowledge of the techniques of the vegetative cycle, to include trimming, topping, feeding schedules, plant manipulation, plant health and IPM strategy.
- Mother Plants – basic understanding of the techniques of the vegetative cycle, to include trimming, topping, feeding schedules, plant manipulation, plant health and IPM strategy.
- Cloning/clone care – knowledge of proper procedures, cloning techniques, and IPM strategy.
- Flowering Rooms – knowledge of flowering time schedules, canopy manipulation, room maintenance, and IPM strategy.
- Fertigation Room – basic understanding of nutrients, irrigation system, feeding schedule, proper PPM, EC, and PH levels, and NPK ratios.
- Drying and Cure Room – knowledge of dry room environment and cure room procedures.
- Basic understanding of grow room environment.
- Ensure all departmental SOP’s are followed correctly.
- Communicate effectively via email.
- Use of Google Drive for all pertinent information.
- Work with management to assure all steps are being taken to ensure company compliance with the State. Report any issues to the Cultivation Floor Manager immediately.
- Identify plant pests and other issues, spotting issues before they become a problem.
- Harvesting
- Follow proper sanitation and PPE protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Purpose:
The Sales Representative is an established position within a high volume regulated Cannabis Cultivation Facility. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for sales activities (appointments, proposals, cold calls, telephone calls, e-mails, direct mailers, etc.)

- Conduct timely, professional on-site visits to customers
- Work with customers to determine their specific needs
- Manage customer orders to completion
- Follow up regarding customer satisfaction after order completion
- Negotiate prices based on volume, market trends, supply vs demand.
- Participate in local and regional trade/marketing events

- Deliver sample orders to customer
- Use CRM to place all orders and regularly update with sales contact activities.

Barcoding product for release to sales floor
Maintenance of vault including ‘Use First’ product batch section
Maintenance of product labs in the PC binder on the sales floor
Maintenance and storage of METRC tags and lab work
METRC software use including but not limited to: sales uploads, home deliveries, vendor transfer accepting/rejecting, finishing inventory packages, and adjustments

- Manage cannabis plants, and tasks via the designated inventory management system.
- Give each individual plant the attention it needs, one at a time, while paying close attention to detail.

- Perform all the tasks in the grow including; cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar, and preventative sprays, trimming, packaging, waste disposal, cleaning and inventory management.
- Maintain knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options, seeking continuing education as directed by the Head of Cultivation.
- Clone vegetation maintaining at least a 90% success rate.
- Carries out Nutrient regiments, and IPM protocols.
- Employ essential growing methods.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of PH, PPM and EC counts.
- Mastery of Soil growing methods including micro-nutrients, beneficial bacteria and nutrient implementation.
- Working knowledge in container systems with soil and hydro as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Strains-- Sativa, Indica and Hybrids. Maintain knowledge of growth characteristics, nutrient needs, and environmental needs of individual strains.
- Lift up to 50+ plus pounds and stand for long hours.
- May be required to lift boxes, plants, tools and various heavy implements.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed and takes steps to update any outdated procedures.
- Has the ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner.
- Is able to maintain accurate information of the cultivation process in METRC.
- Practices strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Communicates issues that may arise immediately to the Head of Cultivation, and Cultivation Leads, keeping them aware of any and all potential problems.
- Execute preventative maintenance, warding against mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, and other dangers to the plant.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized work areas.
- Maintains the safety and inventory of the cultivation space.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep every tool or implement used in its appropriate place. Return items to where they belong, upon completion of a task.
- Perform facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Assist Head of Cultivation and Leads in maintaining OSHA standards, safety, and protocols
- Don proper PPE in the cultivation space, at all times.
- Must be able to work flexible work schedule; must be available for overtime during harvest period.

Travel Requirements
Must have reliable transportation and be available to travel to various locations if needed. Travel may be required on a local, regional, or national level for cultivation activities and or to attend conferences/workshops related to the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Consultant
- Assess a patient’s needs
- Use of Cannabis software (MJPlatform)
- Process transactions using POS accurately ensuring Patient Profile is correct and current
- Determine which products will fit the patient's specific needs through conversational consultation
- Decipher and know dispensary menu
- Maintain Excellent Product Knowledge
- Develop strong buying relationships with customers
- Show compassion and listen to customer
- Follow Cash Handling Policies
- Track all sales accurately
- Maintain accurate control of payment collections
- Bag products correctly
- Keep assigned areas clean
- Assemble, maintain, clean and store supplies for daily business
- Work alongside fellow teammates to meet productivity goals
Cashier
- Process transactions using POS accurately ensuring Patient Profile is correct and current
- Develop strong buying relationships with customers
- Show compassion and listen to customer
- Follow Cash Handling Policies
- Track all sales accurately
- Maintain accurate control of payment collections
- Bag products correctly
- Keep assigned areas clean

Administrative Assistant
- Answer and forward calls and email messages
- Schedule meetings
- Data entry
- Manage projects, when assigned
- Ensure visitor check-in and check-out
- Manage store queue and Patient flow
- Ensure that all visitors have a valid ID and is at least 21 years old
- Enter and complete Patient Profiles accurately
- Ensure returning Patient’s Profiles are accurate and current
- Verify Medical Patients paperwork is valid and official
- Providing information regarding events, directions, etc.
- Maintaining presence during peak traffic periods
- Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
Inventory
- Daily inventory counts by category prior to store opening and completion of associated records
- Month end and quarter end full store inventory counts
- Stocking product on the sales floor while maintaining company tracking systems, including METRC tag placement
- Accepting deliveries from vendors and checking paperwork and product received for accuracy
- Barcoding product for release to sales floor
- Maintenance of vault including ‘Use First’ product batch section
- Maintenance of product labs in the PC binder on the sales floor
- Maintenance and storage of METRC tags and lab work
- METRC software use including but not limited to: sales uploads, home deliveries, vendor transfer accepting/rejecting, finishing inventory packages, and adjustments
- Platform/MJ Freeway software use including but not limited to: movement of product in virtual storage locations, par levels, product release, and reporting
- Ongoing education and training from multiple state entities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS
