- Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the facility.
- Maintain a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear protective clothing when working with plants.
- Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your personal clothing, shoes, or hair.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations through guidance from a manager or supervisor.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.

Purpose

The Trimmer is responsible for detailed and careful trimming daily. The focus of the Trimmer is to meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance requirements. The Trimmer is expected to hand trim plants and perform a variety of other duties in cure and farming as assigned. The Trimmer is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for monitoring company supplies, products, merchandise, ingredients to various requested locations. The Lab Metrc Administrator will also complete regular audits of the compliance system and deliveries from all Company facilities to analytic laboratory as well as trim, yellow label and bulk material from customers to Company production facilities. Must interact with customers and vendors and represent the Company in a professional manner.
POSSIBLE JOB DUTIES
- Implement, maintain and enforce policies and procedures related to state mandated compliance
- Manifest, receive and reconcile incoming and outgoing product
- Prepare invoices for billing
- Checks in and puts away deliveries in storeroom/fridge/freezer as needed
- Maintains and audits proper paperwork to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Manages procedure for testing various types of product
- Performs other duties as required
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Is able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to understand and carry out directions
- METRC manifest experience necessary
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear and occasionally required to climb stairs/ladders; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell, sometimes for prolonged periods of time. WORKING SITUATIONS
Requires some variable hours and on call response after regular business hours to meet the needs of the business. Requires some weekend, holiday and evening work for events or the ability to arrange coverage. These times include but are not limited to; Holidays, fundraisers, events, etc. Local travel for business purposes and occasional overnight travel for events, training, etc may also be required

Purpose
The Extraction Assistant is responsible for taking product and using company methods and procedures to extract cannabis oils to be produced into our concentrate line. All policies and standard operating procedures must be followed at all times to ensure the safety of all employees. The Extraction Assistant is expected to operate under the highest standards of safety, compliance and professionalism.
This Extraction Assistant will be scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM. The Extraction Assistant will be reporting directly to the Head Extractor.
Essential Duties
- Produce all concentrates according to our methods, policies and procedures.
- Record all extraction data according to our methods, policies and procedures.
Work Environment
- Adhere to all work safety requirements including but not limited to lifting, bending, and move up and down ladders throughout shift.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools and related equipment to ensure the MIP is well maintained.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear PPE/protective clothing when working with concentrate materials.
Equipment and Safety
- Operate equipment safely according to company procedures to produce end product for our infused line.
- Perform daily safety checks and preventative maintenance.
- Participate in regular safety meetings to stay up to date on all Safety Rules.
- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Systems
- Information learned in the Extractions Department is proprietary and confidential.
- Any techniques or processes learned in the Extraction Department are the property of Grant Pharms and are not to be shared or disseminated to any other individuals or departments.
- Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions up to termination from the Company.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Work with management to assure all steps are being taken to assure company compliance with the Marijuana Enforcement Division.
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.
Other Duties
- When all scheduled work is complete, the supervisor will assign duties as needed such as, Deep cleaning the MIP, detail extraction equipment and assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work such as trimming, bagging, harvesting, and packaging. Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Head Extractor.
- This person does not supervise others.
Work Experience
- One to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment preferred.
- One to two years of lab experience preferred.
- Previous Growing/Extracting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of how to work with and dispose of highly flammable gasses.
- Knowledge of Extraction procedures (water, alcohol, Co2, Hydrocarbon).
- Knowledge of safety rules for related laboratory equipment
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
- Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, MED.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferred.
Working Conditions
- Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
- Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
- Able to take instructions and follow direction as delegated by managers.
- Completion of associated paperwork.

- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, ladder work, carrying buckets, bending and lifting all day.
- Ability to follow standards of procedure.
- Ability to work in elevated noise levels, confined spaces with the potential for exposure to various chemical agents.

Purpose

A budtender is responsible for the initial greeting, assessing the needs of the customer and educating/guiding them on the benefits and differences of the products. Budtenders deliver the company’s retail promise to every customer and patient while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. A successful budtender will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet our customer’s and patent’s expectations.
Essential Duties
Customer and Patient Satisfaction:
- Responsible for achieving sales goals by providing best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customer’s and patent’s expectations.
- Responsible for maintaining the store in a clean, organized, safe manner with special attention paid to merchandising standards.
