We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Also, a sales representative with a minimum of two years experience in the CBD and cannabis market.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Requirements:
-Proven work experience as a sales representative
-Experience in the cannabis and/or CBD market
-Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
-Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work cooperatively with team members
-Must be over the age of 21.
-Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
-Expected to follow strict operational guidelines and security policies. Required to follow all state regulations.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for generating leads and opportunities through professional contacts, dedicated prospecting, and cold calling.
-Set up meetings with retail and distributor purchasing managers via cold-calling, email, and social media outreach.
-Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on what products will best fit their needs.
-Follow-up with prospective accounts via phone, email, and SMS to stay top of needs and close new business.
-Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
--Reach out to clients on an as-needed basis to inform them about new products, special delivery schedules, and other important updates.
-Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the CBD industry.
-Relay feedback from customers to the account management, marketing, product, and operations teams on a regular basis.
-Maintain customer databases and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
This is a commission based job.
Sales commission is 15% of sales
You could be making $2500+ a week in commission alone!
