Medical Products Project & Manufacturing Manager._

The position is an integral part of a small biotech, contract manufacturing company. The Manager is responsible for scheduling and manufacturing a wide range of botanical-based products.

Global Botanical Manufacturing, Inc (GBM) is a wholly owned contract manufacturing company focused in the dietary supplement and legal cannabis markets. GBM is an FDA registered and cGMP compliant facility dedicated to making the highest quality products for our contract customers.

Job description: The ideal candidate skill set include the following:

• Work completely independently with a high degree of organizational skills to achieve customer requirements, while maintaining FDA standards.
• Write, edit, and adhere to cGMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
• Have knowledge of, and ability to properly use/clean general laboratory equipment such as pH meters, balances, pipettes, volumetric glassware, hot/stir plates, sonicators, etc.
• Use, or learn to use various types of manufacturing filling equipment such as automated tincture bottle filling units, pneumatic lotion fillers, balm heating and cooling equipment, candy depositors, etc.
• Maintain proper levels of raw materials, inventories, and finished goods.
• Meet and interact on a professional level with both vendors and clients,
• Is familiar with industry documentation such as cGMP’s, COA’s, SDS’s, etc.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and various scheduling and labeling software’s.

Salary & Perks: The starting salary is $42,500 with opportunity for advancement, bonuses and profit-sharing after six-months (minimum $2,000 to maximum $10,000), along with paid vacation and sick-leave. As a GBM team member, you will work directly with the company managers and owners, as well as interact directly with vendors and clients. The hours are semi-flexible between 9am – 5pm. This is a career development position that leads to significant upward mobility in the pharmaceutical and/or rapidly emerging and fast-growing legal cannabis industries.
