Job Description
We need a Warehouse Operator who can hit the ground running. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the day to day operations of receiving, counting, and packaging products for our retail locations. As a Warehouse Operator, you will report directly to the Head of Product and Logistics, with shared responsibilities throughout operations

Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving inbound orders
- Split product orders for appropriate outbound shipments
- Maintain a 5S warehouse
- Assist in logistics of new store openings
- Keep and pull accurate forms for inbound and outbound product
- Reconcile order discrepancies with Retail Buyers
- Assist in delivery of product
- Sort and count necessary returns of unsellable products
- Assist in organization and shipping of defective product
- Provide organization and cleanliness to the warehouse
- Assist in lean process improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the day
- Good driving record
- Proven track record of excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Description
We are in need of a full-time Human Resources Generalist who can hit the ground running! This position will be responsible in assisting with all HR related duties on a professional level with senior management and supporting departments. As the HR Generalist, you will report directly to the HR Manager and will be a part of managing multiple responsibilities at once. Are you the right fit for Gen V?

Responsibilities
- Administer various Human Resource plans and procedures for all team members
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, and continuing education. This may include safety trainings, anti-harassment training, and assessment certifications
- Recruitment, interviews, and hiring facilitation for hiring qualified job applicants for open positions
- Collaborate with department managers to understand skill set and competencies required for open positions.
- Perform routine tasks including but not limited to compensation, payroll, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and maintaining our great culture
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, talent management, and employment law
- Perform all other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another related field of study or
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related field experience
- Proven track record of excellence
