Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversees the accounting operations of Front Range Biosciences as well as subsidiary corporations, as necessary
- Issue timely and accurate financial statements
- Calculate financial and operating metrics
- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the company performance
- Manage production of budget, forecast and variance reports
- Provide system of management cost reports
- Provide financial analyses, as needed, for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors, as needed
- Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Establishes/revises/maintains all Accounting SOPs for the department
- Ensure that accounts payable are managed and paid in a timely manner
- Ensure that accounts receivable is collected promptly
- Process payroll in a timely manner
- Ensure that bank reconciliations are completed
- Maintain chart of accounts
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Maintain system of controls over accounting transaction
- Management of contractor payment process, including reconciliation of payments to signed contracts
- Manage outsourced functions, as necessary
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Special projects as assigned by the CEO or COO

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- Accounting firm experience preferred
- Agriculture or manufacturing experience preferred
- 10+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience required
- GAAP knowledge required
- CPA preferred but not required
- Must be professional, poised, detail-oriented, highly organized, a self-starter, dependable, able to multi-task, and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have good communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Desktop

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sales Representative who has an entrepreneurial spirit and recognizes the significant growth potential of becoming part of a company that is growing and impacting the establishment of industrial hemp. The Sales Representative position is focused on profitable sales growth, new customer acquisition and quality relationship management. The successful individual will be results-oriented, aggressive and have a strong understanding of the sales pipeline process and client account development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Acquire, develop, grow and manage region distributors and direct growers to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Follow the Front Range Sales Pipeline process to identify potential growers, establish product trials and then move through to adoption and sales retention.
- Establish and lead sales business meetings, conduct presentations, and act as a of Front Range Biosciences evangelists
- Introduce the company’s story, product and service solutions to prospective and existing accounts
- Establish a territory business plan that identifies sales and marketing initiatives and programs that promote Front Range Biosciences products and services
- Identify, negotiate and close purchase and sales agreements (PSA’s) with growers and coordinate with Customer Service to manage the order fulfillment and shipping plans for the grower customers
- Document and manage all sales activities via sales tools
- Generate leads via LinkedIn and other tools: developing pipelines through business networking and converting contacts to leads
- Work with the Sales Support and Customer Service teams to maintain strong relations, renew successful partnerships and optimize sales through onboarding and training tools
- Understand industry production systems and shifts and provide creative feedback and potential solutions back to the product and research and development teams
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing departments to provide product positioning feedback and ideas that have resonated with distributors and growers

QUALIFICATIONS

- Background in Biology/Horticulture/Agronomy/Plant Biology/Agricultural Sciences or similar and/or at least two 2 years of industrial and/or research experience, or equivalent. Broad expertise and understanding in plant biology/agriculture. Degree preferred, not required.

Front Range Biosciences is seeking a laboratory analyst to assist with the collection and review of small-molecule metabolite data in high-value crops such as Cannabis sativa and Coffea aribica. This position will report to the Director of Process Development and Implementation as well as the Vice President of Research and Development.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design standard operating procedures and validating new protocols for analytical assays.
- Support efforts to standardize collection of field data across departments.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of regular samples from clients for high throughput testing of cannabinoids, terpenoids, alkaloids, and flavonoids.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with analytical instrumentation and helping to coordinate necessary repairs with suppliers.
- Analyze chromatographic and spectral results for research and production departments in a timely fashion. Successful communication of these results to clients and other non-science employees will be necessary.
- Contribute to the overall goals of the research and development department in conjunction with other team members.
- Assist with the maintenance of a quality control program and conforming to all existing quality assurance protocols.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Education:
- Must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical and/or biological sciences.
- Knowledge or prior experience working with high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, ultraviolet–visible spectrophotometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft platforms such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Summary:
The Growing Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of the growing staff which includes greenhouse technicians. The successful candidate will be a key member of a fast-paced and collaborative start-up agricultural sciences company. - Manages Integrated Pest Management (IPM), scouting and Clean Stock® programs. Monitors environment to ensure plants are at optimal level.
- Manage goals and metrics for direct reports and perform scheduled evaluations and disciplinary measures as required.
- Mentor growing staff and recommend training opportunities for further development of staff.
- Assist growing team members in developing and implementing job-related SOP’s.
- Work with growing team to keep production manual and counts up-to-date for each crop.

Duties:
- Drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts and term sheets such as Purchase and Sales agreements, Terms and Conditions for product sales, Joint Development agreements, Confidentiality agreements, Employment agreements, Consulting agreements, etc.
- Developing organizational process and workflow for all corporate legal activities
- Significant responsibility interacting and advising executive team on general corporate/entity matters and business matters, including corporate governance, corporate financing, commercial and legal aspects of operational issues (such as general labor and employment matters, leases, general intellectual property development and protection, basic commercial transactions, etc.)

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative who has an entrepreneurial spirit and recognizes the significant growth potential of becoming part of a company that is growing and impacting the establishment of industrial hemp. This is an opportunity to join the company for an equity-based position and have a significant impact on the success of the company. The Customer Success Representative position is focused on delivering the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Customer Success Representative interacts with Distribution Sales Partners, Sales Representatives, Sales Consultants and customers to manage and execute the order management process
- Collect, organize and manage all purchase and sales agreements and accompanying documentation
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Be prepared to tell the company’s story, product and service solutions to prospective and existing accounts
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with the Sales Support, Marketing and Product teams to maintain strong relations and build successful partnerships
- Ability to accept and embrace change within fast-paced business environment
- Maintain a high level of energy and activity
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Motivated, results oriented, self-starter with 5-10 years of experience in horticulture / vegetable production customer service preferred
- Proven track record and experience in account relationship management
- Able to think creatively and quickly to solve issues and execute successful product transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal, written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent Excel skills (spreadsheet applications)
- ERP experience preferred
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or Business Administration (Sales/Marketing)

Customer Success Order Management Specialist
Front Range Biosciences
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Customer Success Order Management Specialist who has an entrepreneurial spirit and recognizes the significant growth potential of becoming part of a company that is growing and impacting the establishment of industrial hemp. The Customer Success Order Management Specialist position is focused on delivering the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team members to analyze orders and
accompany documents to schedule and fulfill purchase and sales agreements on a daily
basis.
- Coordinate with the operations planning and logistics team members, internal and
rooting stations to prepare, stage and deliver plant orders in designated weekly shipping
periods.
- Recommend and develop a flexible order management forecasting and tracking
processes that support the overall sales order management system.
- Provide monthly order forecasts to operations, product and sales teams to align with
plant production targets.
- Provide real-time plant inventory visibility in coordination with operations managers to
support sales and maximize plant inventory.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Achieve a high degree of familiarity with and in-depth knowledge of field and incorporate
operational systems, processes and policies.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to
establish a positive rapport with rooting stations and distribution sales partners.
- Ability to accept and embrace change within fast-paced business environment
- Maintain a high level of energy and activity
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
