Objective: Support our brand's growth in our retail partners by monitoring inventory, merchandising displays, promotions and educating the retail staff and public on our brand.
Essential Daily Functions:
1. Review and follow the daily route and schedule assigned.
2. Perform daily tasks including but not limited to: staff trainings, inventory checks, promo activations, brand demos.
3. Enter data and brand feedback into Salesforce.
4. Build and Maintain strong relationships with retail staff and our partner distributor sales team.

The Territory Sales Manager position at Friendly Farms reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role delivers exceptional customer service, from the first contact through to the order management process. The strategy and execution of the sales team focuses on catering to a broad array of client needs and knowing these clients well enough to tailor the right support. This requires internal partnership with marketing and sales support, and a strong sense of personal accountability. Our company and sales teams are a customer-obsessed, tight-knit, supportive group. Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationship and data continuously reflect on client needs to drive continuous partnership
- Manage existing key accounts, ensuring their regular purchasing needs are met, orders are processed timely and accurately
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to visit or call on prospective customers and potential business development opportunities
- Generate strong leads
- Partner with marketing and sales support teams to foster the needs of clientele on a per account basis
- Work closely with leadership to develop and execute against a territory plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline

- Identify target prospects and generate interest through email, social media, cold calling

- Develop and maintain expert industry knowledge by attending industry events; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
- Visit top performing accounts regularly
- Occasionally participate in evening and/or weekend promotions and assist with special events as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for a team player who is driven, proactive, and passionate about the space, our business and the opportunity, and are effective problem solvers able to execute with little supervision. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new and developing existing customers accounts
- A successful, proven track record of managing a robust sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding your monthly targets
- Highly energetic and motivated with a “get it done” attitude
- Experience cold call prospecting and exceptional follow-up and account management
- A keen ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-add at every opportunity
- Experience using CRM software and inventory systems
