Cannabis jobs at Free Love Farms

Free Love Farms, a greenhouse based cannabis cultivator in the Oklahoma City area, is seeking a Master Grower to run the operation in exchange for an equity interest.

Primary job responsibilities will be assisting in the hiring/firing process, training employees, equipment purchasing, and carrying the day to operations of cannabis cultivation.

Responsibilities

• Full-charge responsibility for the entire grow operation
• Oversee, maintain, and care for cannabis crops at all stages of the harvesting cycle.
• Supervise consistent growth and nutrient plans of crops.
• Implement disease and pest management practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of genetic and grow techniques.
• Oversee proper procedures for a sanitary, safe, and compliant environment.
• Ability to grow multiple strains of cannabis regardless of complexity
• Supervise, manage and develop the members of your team
• Responsible for seed to sale tracking and reporting
• Providing weekly costs and expenses for growing operations (staff, nutrients, utilities, etc.)
• Submitting and obtaining testing results on strains
• Informing the team on maintenance updates, any issues, and proposed remedies (costs, expenses, timelines)
• Summarizing details and updates on the status of all genetics, including (all costs, expenses, timing, etc.)
• Pheno-Hunting
• Updating the team on any emergent matters that came up and how were they addressed
• Maintaining the total count of all plants in the cultivation facility

Qualifications

• College degree is desired, not required if requisite industry experience and ability
• Minimum 5 years of cannabis or related agriculture experience
• Management Experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to be nimble and adaptable to changing conditions and requirements of the business and industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
