Job Summary:
The Security Specialist is responsible for performing security and safety functions within a cannabis cultivation facility. As a Security Specialist, you are responsible for providing critical security and administrative support to management. Security Specialists may be cross-trained and asked to support other departments occasionally to meet business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check in all employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
- Maintain all logs and digital logs.
- Maintain accurate accounting for facility.
- Ensure doors are secured.
- Provide general support to visitors and vendors.
- Review surveillance video of events and create/maintain event logs from all security systems.
- Create new badge access cards for new employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Alert General Manager for required support on all security systems—skyline cameras, Strat security/fire alarms, and internet connectivity.
- Record retention and accountability.
- Maintain an accurate digital copy of all logs.
- Provide logs to management upon request.
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail from mailbox.
- Answer and reroute front desk telephone calls.
- Assist in coordination of office procedures and new policies, distributing information from corporate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Previous experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Previous experience and knowledge of security operations and procedures required.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to follow SOP.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for completing assigned maintenance tasks involving basic and advanced installation, inspection, and routine upkeep and repair of machines and equipment. You are the subject matter expert on equipment repair for the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
- Document and troubleshoot maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair and replacement.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on a scheduled basis, including inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, etc.
- Review equipment schematics to accurately disassemble and reassemble machinery.
- Repair mechanical equipment including pumps, gear reducers, seals, bearings, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, liquid fillers, bottle cappers, elevators, tapers, and conveyors.
- Repair electrical equipment including motors, motor control centers, variable speed drives, transformers, pumps, kettles, form/fill/seal equipment, shrink banders, heat tunnels, ink jet machines, labelers, and electrical controls.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Report all maintenance issues to Maintenance Manager.
- Maintain record of scheduled maintenance procedures.

- Responsible for the purchasing materials, work with vendors to maximize pricing, and reduce costs and maintain inventory levels.
- Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to attain acceptable quality, best price, and timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain good business vendor relationships while seeking out new or alternative vendors as required.
- Resolve order and billing discrepancies in coordination with accounting and vendors.
- Process returned purchased items that are not acceptable or do not meet specifications.

- Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by the Cultivation Manager.

Four Daughters Compassionate Care is a licensed operator of cannabis cultivation, processing, retail facilities in Massachusetts, and we are looking to add passionate, exceptional talent to our Sharon cultivation and processing facility!
Job Summary:
The Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing the packaging department in assembling, packaging, and preparing our products for delivery to licensed dispensaries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee assembly and packaging of products and managing personnel.
- Delegate responsibilities and train personnel on standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Weigh, assemble, and package products according to SOP.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Clean, sanitize, and organize equipment and workspace.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to industry and company specifications.
- Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials.
- Ensure that production schedules are met with deadlines.
- Coordinate operations and schedules of personnel.
- Interview, hire, and train personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous management/supervisory experience in a regulated field that adheres to health and safety policies and procedures required.
- Must be able to follow SOP.
- Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.
- Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 year(s) of management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Operations or performance improvement skill sets preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, and/or warehouse is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 25 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. The Inventory Manager position will be responsible for the management of the inventory activities for the facility in accordance with the Company's policies, principles, and procedures. They will continuously review all the operational processes, systems, assets, and methodologies used in their department and will develop a strategic and tactical operational plan with the aim of controlling costs, generating savings, reconciling inventory, and maximizing available working capital.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executes inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventory holding, maximizes stock tracking system, and ensure entry accuracy.
- Ensures incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedures.
- Provides support to ensure all inventory differences are identified, researched, cleared within a specified period.
- Mitigates any identified audit deficiencies that are noted by providing training and sustainment support.
- Ensures raw materials are ready and available for cultivation or production processes as and when required.
- Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility.
- Develops, maintains, advises, and executes audits of internal processes and controls.
- Liaison with department managers/leads to ensure they understand the value and importance of inventory.
- Conduct a daily review of all inventory differences. Immediately report any discrepancies to the Compliance Manager for further action if it cannot be resolved within a 24-hour period.
- Research and resolve out of balance conditions.
- Mitigate any audit deficiencies.
- Train staff on standard operating processes linked to any deficiencies found.
- Ensure any open audit issues are closed by showing evidence of required sustainment.
- Organizes, manages, and assists in physical inventory counts.
- Monitors all inventory activities of the BiotrackTHC and responds to any discrepancies by notifying the location's management and investigating the discrepancy.
- Ensures inventory counts are being performed on schedule with acceptable results and the proper documentation is being executed and filed.
- Directs the settlement of all inventory discrepancies and reports the resolution of such discrepancies.
- Develops monthly summary of all inventory discrepancies for the Compliance Manager and describes how the issues have been resolved and mitigated.
- Monitors obsolete, poor selling, and dated materials and products. Identities items for disposition. Supervises the handling of products for sale, returned products, discarded inventory, and ensures accurate and appropriate entries are made in ICS to reflect activity.
- Establishes, maintains, and assesses inventory turnover and product level goals.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Inventory Management, or similar financial-based field.
- A minimum of 4 years of warehouse management, audit, inventory control or related area.
- Must have reconcilement and research experience.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skill in managing physical resources (budgeting, inventories, equipment, materials).
- Extensive math skills required for inventory, projections, measurements, calculations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and absolute reliability and honesty.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Good judgment, initiative, attention to detail, drive for change, getting organizational support, building ownership and commitment, making though decisions and developing others.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.

The Janitorial Worker is responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of the building and carrying out sanitation, stocking, and cleaning duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms.
- Perform and document routine inspection activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Support harvest in sanitation of gardens as needed.
- Utilize various machines and sanitation equipment such as sprayers, power mops, steam cleaners, etc.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repair needs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Must be able to operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
- Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
- Able to climb, squat, bend, twist, stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the state's cannabis commission as an agent.

This role is responsible for ensuring cannabis cultivation/manufacturing facility operations remain compliant under state law. Qualified individuals will demonstrate several years' experience as a compliance leader in a highly-regulated industry, such as cannabis production, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, alcohol beverage, etc.
A demonstrated track record implementing and maintaining robust operational compliance—including developing standard operating procedures and leading internal audits—is required.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, be able to work collaboratively to oversee multiple projects at once, and use analytical skills to solve complex problems under rigorous timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize METRC to audit records and assist staff with product creation, movement, and waste for cultivation and manufactured products.
- Oversee harvest, manufacturing, testing, packaging, shipment, and waste destruction activities to ensure compliance throughout the facility.
- Collect, audit, and maintain required records from all departments (cultivation, lab, kitchen, etc.) to ensure compliance with state laws and company policies.
- Monitor and audit inventory of cultivation and manufacturing products and waste on a routine, ongoing basis, and investigate any discrepancies identified.
- Monitor inventory losses and assist in developing standard operating procedures to reduce loss in all departments.
- Confirm that all new packaging and labeling is compliant prior to distribution.
- Review marketing and advertising materials for compliance with state regulations.
- Collect and submit manifests for product deliveries.
- Monitor state regulations and agency guidance to ensure ongoing compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
- Minimum 1-3 years' compliance experience in highly-regulated industry.
- Specific experience in cannabis cultivation/manufacturing operations strongly preferred.
- Experience in METRC seed-to-sale software program preferred.
- Experience leading inspections and completing corrective action plans.
