GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work in a Legal, Compliant, and Regulated Cannabis facility.
- Package plant material into proper containers/packaging with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Trim Cannabis Flower to meet Quality Standards
- Apply trimming Knowledge/Experience
- Maintain Productivity and Efficiency
- Ability to trim at least 700 grams per day

Expectations:
- Provide exceptional customer service to every person who enters the facility
- Generate sales through customer interaction, product assistance, and suggestive selling
- Educate new clientele on the different effects of cannabis
- Prevent asset loss through proper floor awareness and inventory management
- Execute an attention to detail by performing counter transactions without errors or shortages
