ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Filigreen is seeking a 100% remote, results-driven, and highly detailed team player to join our account management department. The Account Support Representative (ASR) is a key player to the service we provide our customers; like the glue between the pieces in our supply chain operations. Account support involves graceful coordination between inventory databases, data collection, order verification, and hands-on processing across the entire network.
You will be responsible for pick-up and drop-off orders for all products, along with testing coordination and in-house production work orders. As an ASR, you will interface with our brand and retail partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Each order will require effective communication with fellow teammates in various departments-strong communicators able to offer and receive feedback are welcome!
You are a natural and proactive problem solver and never let anything fall through the cracks. You are extremely detail orientated and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing priorities. You maintain a friendly and upbeat demeanor, and use impeccable discretion with sensitive company and personal information. Your sense of presence, urgency and excellent organizational skills keep you, and therefore the team, one step ahead of the game.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Management, which entails interfacing with Brand Partners, in addition to our production & warehouse teams to drive the order lifecycle from start to finish
- Work with brands and retail partners to process orders, allocate inventory & communicate any issues that arise within our proprietary Salesforce system
- Set up commercial transactions and ownership relationships accurately
- Partner with our Dispatcher on establishing and managing retail delivery days and windows, along with product pick-ups from cultivators & manufacturers
- Manage creation of Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Shipping Manifests
- Assist with product testing by working with our Lab Coordinator, who arranges onsite laboratory testing of bulk and finished product; track test status to provide updates to our brands
- Work closely with compliance team to ensure product picked and shipped to retail meets all regulatory requirements
- Accept and process brand service tickets, manage production work orders and communicate updates to our brands
- Submit product & service invoices
- Ensure compliance throughout order fulfillment process
- Supervise data entry resource(s) including training and oversight of tasks completed
REQUIRED
- At least 4-years experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Advanced skills in Salesforce or equivalent SaaS
- Familiarity with Excel, Pivot Tables, Smartsheets or the equivalent
- Knowledge of distribution, warehousing and logistics
- Relevant experience in monitoring project progress and taking corrective action
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires strong time-management

- Experience using Inventory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Management Systems
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with great attention to detail

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a team member to join our core warehouse team as we grow. Someone who is comfortable navigating inventory software systems and capable of doing some heavy lifting on the job while communicating with fellow teammates in Quality Assurance, Production, and Account Support. Our Warehouse Associates are the core of our distribution operations. This role maintains inventory integrity, while working with inbound and outbound orders. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking to add good people to our Production Specialist team. This role is great for folks who enjoy focusing and getting into a flow, while staying on your toes. You'll be in direct contact with cannabis flower throughout a shift-not recommended if you have a flower allergy. Our Production Specialists are trained to weigh and package cannabis flower, prerolls, and other cannabis products. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a great collaborative team of folks who are contributing to forward brands and quality products in the cannabis market.
Our team is keen on compliance and process improvement. You will be responsible for efficient and quality packaging processes and packaging standards. Things move fast on our line! Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Logistics Manager at Filigreen Distribution will oversee the movement of our partner products from the partner facilities to our warehouse to our customers. They are well versed in inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation planning, as well as managing our distribution workforce. They prepare worker schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules while ensuring sales orders are fulfilled in a timely and compliant manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with leadership to manage a mature value chain and order flow from order to delivery
- Overseeing the daily planning of our operation and guiding staff members to achieve daily KPI’s, working towards monthly KPI Targets with responsibility for KPI daily reporting.
- Ensuring that processes in quality control are complied with by the team, report all cases and pro-actively work to solve.
- Conducting comparison analysis and presenting monthly reports to management on data performance to plan and forecast.
- Allocating and managing staff resources.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Manage supply chain including manufacturing and distribution locations. Maintain baseline of product flow and seasonality, detailed operating costs, key supply chain processes in sourcing, planning, and operations.

- Assess inventory planning processes and systems, and recommend potential improvement opportunities for optimizing service levels and inventory working capital requirements.
- Develop transformation plans to drive proposed changes in transportation, freight optimization, warehousing & distribution, and develop implementation plan and estimated range and timing of benefits (OPEX / inventory / service delivery)
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

- 5 years experience working within a Contract Logistics or Warehousing environment is essential.

About the Opportunity
Filigreen is seeking an experienced solution-oriented leader to join the team as a Director ofOperations. The Director of Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for building and scaling operations to support the continued growth of Filigreen’s distribution business and the launch of its proprietary software.
Success in the role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Passion for leading and developing people is a must. The ideal candidate is willing to wear multiple hats and can offer deep knowledge in creating and improving processes. The ability to communicate across levels from specialists to executives and work with a team ranging in skillsets and seniority is essential.
The role requires you to be onsite at Filigreen’s San Francisco facility, with an immediate need to identify and implement operational enhancements.
This role reports directly to the COO/Co-Founder and is designed to be a stepping stone for an up-and-coming leader who is ready to take on increasing responsibility within the company.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Partnering with Filigreen’s COO to refine and scale operations including production, logistics, and dispatch.· Building, implementing and maintaining policies for production, logistic and dispatch processes.· Developing qualitative and quantitative analysis that evaluate operational efficiency, identify any deficiencies and make improvements.· Consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a high level of quality and timeliness.· Hiring, training and leading a team of operations professionals, including providing clarity of purpose, tools required to meet their responsibilities, and an environment conducive to diversity of thought, innovation, and personal/career growth.· Working with cross functional teams to produce, evaluate, and improve business metrics.· Being a subject matter expert in process improvement, organizational design, and management systems.· Partnering with Finance to develop and monitor operating expenses and budgets.· Coordinating with the executive team to define and deliver training to facilitate adoption of new operating processes.· Helping optimize the launch and rollout of Filigreen’s proprietary software.
About You
You are a natural and proactive problem solver and never let anything fall through the cracks. You are extremely detailed orientated and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing priorities. You maintain a friendly and upbeat demeanor and use impeccable discretion with sensitive company and personal information. Your sense of presence, urgency and excellent organizational skills keep you, and therefore the executive team, one step ahead of the game.
· 10 -15 years of experience in operations building products and technology at scale.· Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred.
· Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Oracle, SAP, Baan, Syspro, Sage, Netsuite, Arena, MS Dynamics, Infor, and Salesforce.· Proven track record of establishing and managing operations with an emphasis on maintaining operating policies, dashboards, and other tools necessary to measure, evaluate, and improve business processes and performance.· Proven ability to develop a strategy, communicate at an executive/board level, and get buy-in to execute.· Proven ability working with cross-functional teams.· Excellent leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and manage.· Excellent analytical skills; competency in spreadsheets is a must.· Prior experience in the hardware, CPG and/or enterprise software space preferred.· Prior experience in finance and quantitative analysis a plus.· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google docs.
