Position Summary
Cultivation Technicians provide all essential plant care functions within the Cultivation Department under the guidance and supervision of the Cultivation Department management team, in accordance with Cultivation Department SOPs and Harvest Lot Notebooks. Daily tasks include feeding and watering plants according to the feeding schedules identified by the Cultivation Manager, pruning, weighing/destroying/recording waste, cleaning cultivation areas, cloning and planting, and caring for living soil beds.
Once individual skill sets have been identified, Cultivation Technicians will be assigned to a specific team that operates (2) cultivation rooms under the direct supervision of a Cultivation Team Lead. It’s essential that Cultivation Techs protect the garden by keeping clothing and tools clean and well-organized, and that all feeding and plant care tasks are performed with care and in keeping with Company policies.
Job Duties/Essential Functions

Job Duties/Essential Functions
· Maintains FarmaceuticalRx stability and reputation by enforcing and complying with company policies, operating standards, and legal compliance requirements. Actively supports and upholds the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.
· Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule and be available to work 6 days a week, if needed.
· Responsible for the safe operation, usage, and maintenance of the assigned vehicle. Reports any problems identified in the vehicle and ensures all licenses and documents relating to the vehicle are renewed on time and as required. Arranges regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle.
· Ensures all duties as the driver or courier of the assigned vehicle are performed in adherence with local traffic laws and FRX Policies.
· Reconcile customer manifests and receipts of all transactions to ensure activities comply with FRX Policies and Pennsylvania’s Department of Health Rules and Regulations. Communicates with staff and dispensaries regarding fulfillment or security related matters. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
· Remain alert and always prepared, not only protecting the crew or product against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss. Maintain vigilance with courier personnel to ensure safe and successful transactions.
· Supports program implementation through the implementation of safety approaches, procedures and protocols delineated by FRX regarding travel, safety, and security. Reports and advises on any risks and/or incidents that may impact FRX in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania relating to travel, safety, and security.
· Individuals must be willing to operate vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions.
· Other duties as may be assigned by the Security Logistics Coordinator or Director of Security and Safety.
· Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their Medical Marijuana transportation needs.
Qualifications:

Position Summary
The Production Tech works within three areas of the production department and part of the team responsible for dry/wet trim, harvest, and flower packaging cannabis material. Flower packagers ensure that the cannabis plant material is handled with care and trimmed efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and Company SOPs.
This position reports directly to the specific team lead, and includes the following responsibilities:
Job Duties/Essential Functions
Harvesters-
- According to the harvest plan for the week, harvesters gather mature cannabis plants from soil beds carefully and efficiently and transfer them to the Processing department
- Debone and move material into two areas, dry trim or wet trim.
Dry/Wet Trimmers-
- Manicuring harvested cannabis plant material carefully and efficiently to prepare it for drying or to be sent for fresh/frozen material
- Trimming/manicuring dried cannabis plant material carefully and efficiently to prepare it for final product packaging
- Ensuring there is no loss to the company while trimming
- Measuring and recording accurate weights for all cannabis plant material as it is processed and transferred from harvest to storage (drying, freezing, or curing) to prepare for final packaging.
Packaging-
- Assist with bottling, labeling, and other packaging functions while maintaining detailed laboratory and inventory records
- Label containers, container tags, or products using the appropriate labels and tools
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met
- Ensure that the packaging is compliant at all times
- Preparing products for the stores to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- All other job duties as assigned

Dispensary Technician
Position Summary
The Dispensary Technician is responsible for providing excellent patient service, processing patient orders, collecting payments, and accurately using MJ Freeway and POS system software, as well as the State’s prescription drug monitoring program (OAARS). They perform clean up, set-up and closing tasks.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Greet patients, obtain and verify identity through driver's licenses; validate patient registry cards, status, and recommendation; determine patient preferences and answer questions; relate special promotions; thank patients, and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Scan orders using handheld scanners, MJ Freeway software and hardware, POS system software and hardware, or manually key items and data as required.
- Keep product inventory organized and properly stored, and assist with morning and evening inventory checks.
- Package medication to legal requirements and company specifications.
- Assist pharmacist and management staff as needed.
- Receive accurate payment methods for medications, goods, and services.
- Accurately log required data on Daily Register Sheet.
- Insure compliance on all paperwork.
- Secure monies in safes or the vault as required.
- Ensure proper cleanup and logging of any hazardous spills.
Essential Job Functions:

Position Summary

Dispensary Technician
Position Summary
The Dispensary Technician is responsible for providing excellent patient service, processing patient orders, collecting payments, and accurately using MJ Freeway and POS system software, as well as the State’s prescription drug monitoring program (OAARS). They perform clean up, set-up and closing tasks.

Position Summary
The Horticulture Technician position will work with the Cultivation, Operations, and R&D Departments at FarmaceuticalRX as we strive to continuously improve the processes and methods we use to cultivate medical cannabis. The Horticulture Technician will be responsible for basic plant maintenance and corresponding data collection to inform decision making within the Cultivation Department. The Horticultural Technician will assist in generating data to inform all FRX Cultivation facilities of best plant care techniques, assist in evaluation of new equipment and processes, and work with the team to introduce new concepts and equipment into production when appropriate. Horticulture Technicians will be responsible for duties corresponding to all aspects of Cultivation including Propagation, Vegetation, Flowering, Integrated Pest Management, Cultivation Technology, Employee Education and Data Presentation. Horticultural Technicians, from time to time, will also be responsible for assisting the Cultivation Department as necessary.

· Learn and understand FarmaceuticalRX’s living soil growing method in each phase of plant growth (cloning or germination, vegetation, and flowering)
· Provide resources, training, and procedures to collect appropriate data related to plant health and plant care including but not limited to, watering, feeding, environmental controls, soil analysis, etc.
· Work with the Operations, Cultivation, and R&D teams to evaluate data related to plant care in order to develop and implement process improvements where appropriate

Director of Cultivation
Position Summary:
The Director of Cultivation is responsible for providing oversight and management of day-to-day operations of the cultivation department. This position will report to the VP of Cultivation on garden health, team progress, garden anomalies, and production and cloning schedules. The Director of Cultivation is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to.
The Director of Cultivation reports to the VP of Cultivation. This position coordinates heavily with post-harvest and processing. It is the responsibility of the Director of Cultivation to:
· Have a complete understanding of saturation levels needed in the soil, NPK, micronutrients, and troubleshooting plant health problems
· Understanding of how to use EZ-Cloners, pH and EC necessary for rooting cuts
· Understanding and awareness of pests and fungi threats and can proactively identify signs of pests or fungi
· Ensure IPM program is being followed and all data logs are up to date
· Responsible for ensuring plant health by pruning, regulating proper airflow, and spray application
· Oversees supply stock and orders to ensure efficient levels of all cultivation supplies
· Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, processes and responsibilities
· Serves as a resource for cultivation staff concerning team expectations and tasks
· Ability to proactively identify plant health and/or pests
· Knowledge of plant stress factors, indications of plant stress, hermaphrodites, and stress seeding is necessary
· Understanding the difference between isolated issues and widespread issues
· Monitors production and cloning schedules within the cultivation staff
· Maintains accurate records of all cultivation activities
· Works directly with the Director of Post-harvest, Director of Processing, and VP of Cultivation to ensure cloning schedule meets the company needs
· Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures, harvest batch notebooks, and standard operating procedures.
· Understanding the importance of plant environmental conditions and PLC data trends to identify unwanted patterns in conditions
· Ability to identify discrepancies in environmental controls
· Proven track record on leadership experience including leading by example
· Experienced in developing new and innovative ways to educate, train, and motivate employees
· Ensure that adequate and accurate record keeping is accomplished daily, must be able to improve and implement record keeping practices

Position Summary
The Processing Operations Assistant Manager will provide oversight and management of day to day operations of the processing department in their designated operation. This position will work with the Director of Processing on production schedules, staff hiring, equipment and consumables ordering, and research and development for new products. They will also manage lab technician activities and scheduling, material and product inventory, daily production, work with packaging to ensure quality control and a smooth transition to final product, coordinate product testing, oversee equipment maintenance and daily manufacturing of products for the company.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Performing tasks and facility maintenance as directed by Director of Processing, including extraction, distillation, winterization, inventory management, waste management, consumables management, team management, new product development, production scheduling and recordkeeping.
- Troubleshoot daily issues with production operations and team members
- Contributing to a healthy, supportive work environment and compliant atmosphere in the Processing Department
- Anticipate and manage FRX production schedule to ensure operations support the growing patient demand
- Oversee formulations of a variety of high-quality medical cannabis product types
- Ensure operations comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures relating to safety, security, and health
- Ability to master and operate all equipment in a laboratory-type environment
- Ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures
- Adopt and promote a high energy culture that stresses close communication and teamwork among all labs and departments
- Ensure best practices exist for recruiting, hiring and training lab teams on extraction and refinement within lab facilities.
- Research extraction and refinement processes to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards
- Conduct and oversee in cannabis product formulation and processing, i.e. vape oil post-processing techniques, winterization, separation, isolation, product refinement, fractional distillation, etc.
- Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for dealing with hazardous chemicals
- Knowledge of laboratory best practices including data entry, cleanliness, and systems

Post-Harvest Production Associate
Position Summary
Post-Harvest Production Associates assist with any and all aspects of the process from plant harvest to final product shipment. Associates will be required to approach tasks with attention to detail, efficiency and care for quality products. Associates are responsible for manicuring dry and wet cannabis material, bottling and labeling cannabis products with speed, quality, and accuracy, while adhering to FarmaceuticalRX’s standards for manufacturing, in addition to meeting industry compliance requirements.
Job Duties
- Can display basic knowledge about cannabis
- Can stand and/or be active for shifts up to 10 hours
- Works well in a fast paced, and rapidly changing environment
- Harvest mature cannabis plants from soil beds carefully and efficiently and transfer them to Processing department
- Trimming/manicuring harvested cannabis plant material carefully and efficiently to prepare it for drying or to be sent for fresh/frozen material
- Trimming/manicuring dried cannabis plant material carefully and efficiently to prepare it for final product packaging
- Ensuring there is no loss to the company while trimming
- Measuring and recording accurate weights for all cannabis plant material as it is processed and transferred from harvest to storage (drying, freezing, or curing) to preparation for final packaging
- Assist with bottling, labeling, and other packaging functions while maintaining detailed laboratory and inventory records
- Label containers, container tags, or products using the appropriate labels and tools
- Accurately measure, weigh, and count products and materials
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Follow proper equipment use, sanitation, and safety policy
- Maintain laboratory equipment and utensils in sanitary, safe, and organized manner
- Ensure that the packaging is compliant at all times
- Preparing products for the stores to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Cleaning and maintenance of packaging equipment within the lab
