This position is to assist with the creation and production of Cannabis infused edible products. The Edibles Production Associate is responsible for meeting production schedules and in complying with all applicable local and state laws and regulations.

- Plant under pruning. You will need to be able to follow instructions on how to properly manicure plants and follow SOPs for cleanliness and disposal procedures.
- Tagging plants. All plants receive an individual tag at a certain point in production. Part of your duties will be hanging those tags according to the directions you will be given.
- Working on a ladder. Trellising plants may require a step ladder. If you are uncomfortable with step and short ladders this may preclude you from fulfilling some of your duties.

- Clean the grow space: maneuvering around and under tables, pressure washing the floor, mixing cleaning chemicals according to the SOPs and the labels on cleaning agent containers as well as any other cleaning assignments received.
- Help prepare for audits and, as needed, assist state and local governmental auditors and law enforcement with their audits.
- Work with a team on a potting machine to efficiently plant out our grow spaces. This will require teamwork and a sense of urgency to keep up with the machine and organize containers and soil to establish a continual workflow.
- Plant under pruning. You will need to be able to follow instructions on how to properly manicure plants and follow SOPs for cleanliness and disposal procedures.
- Tagging plants. All plants receive an individual tag at a certain point in production. Part of your duties will be hanging those tags according to the directions you will be given.
- Working on a ladder. Trellising plants may require a step ladder. If you are uncomfortable with step and short ladders this may preclude you from fulfilling some of your duties.
- Track data to comply with applicable rules and to support management decision-making.
- Contribute ideas to help improve Company’s choices for ingredients, equipment and methodologies, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- While growing and managing the plants will be the driving force behind this job position there are many other departments and procedures involved with bringing medical cannabis to Maryland patients. The Production Associate is responsible for conducting production tasks that prepare cannabis products for shipping to the wholesale market.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary functions for this role are:

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assists in cleaning large-scale production equipment as needed

- Tagging plants. All plants receive an individual tag at a certain point in production. Part of your duties will be hanging those tags according to the directions you will be given.
- Working on a ladder. Trellising plants may require a step ladder. If you are uncomfortable with step and short ladders this may preclude you from fulfilling some of your duties.

Job Purpose
The Security & Transportation Associate secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry, ensures the security of medical marijuana product, company records at dispensing facility. The Production Associate is responsible for conducting production tasks that prepare cannabis products for shipping to the wholesale market.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary functions for this role are:
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries.
- Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.

Job Purpose
The Security & Transportation Associate secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry, ensures the security of medical marijuana product, company records at dispensing facility. Position Summary
The Human Resource Generalist will be the main point of contact and the face of Human Resources for the company. This position is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations. The Human Resources Generalist will report to the VP of operations and will work directly with the Human Resources Business Partner on all Human Resources operations.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Educate and communicate company personnel policies and procedures to newly hired and current employees.
- Responsible for onboarding newly hired employees to include employee handbook overview, employment documents, and benefit enrollment.
