• Assist State and Local Government auditors, Inspectors and Law Enforcement with Inventory, sales and Compliance audits

• 1 to 3 Years Customer Service experience

• Administer processes and maintain accurate records of transactions such as new hires, promotions, performance reviews, terminations, time tracking and business reporting
• Record Development and Maintenance
• Maintain current HR files/databases and perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentations are collected and maintained
• Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Employee Benefits: Facilitate employee enrollment and notify changes to insurance in a timely manner
• Track employee MED badge expiration dates and ensure renewal before expiration
• Respond to various information requests from Governmental and other agencies: Unemployment Claims, Verifications of Employment, Child Support, Wage Garnishments, etc.
• Process and keep accurate records of leave of absences such as Parental Leave, FMLA and accommodations
• Workers Compensation Claims: File reports with insurance provider, maintain accident information and OSHA logs, monitor progress.
• Ensure all HR required postings are kept up to date in the facilities (Research and provide recent updates/revisions to Federal, State, and Local)
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (Preferred)
• 5+ years' experience in HR, Employee Relations
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles and Federal/Local regulations
• Transportation: Travel between locations weekly, local travel 20%
• Must already possess or be able to qualify to receive a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Badge
• Basic knowledge of Colorado Cannabis Industry and Cannabis Compliance Regulations (Preferred)
• Availability during all operational hours ( 8am-10pm)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
• Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
