· You verify that store inventories cycle counts completed thoroughly and accurately.
· You handle cash management seamlessly through verifying that vaults and deposits are accurate with variances investigated and corrective actions taken, bank deposits are then made accordingly.
· You effectively manage price adjustments with a team focus on sell through and/or product transfers.
· You process transactions through the POS (point-of-sale) system, loyalty points database, inventory control system and other technology driven platforms utilized by the retail outlet.
· You utilize the BI Dashboard to manage labor percentages, progress versus goals and/or managing old inventory.
· You assist in creating promotional strategies, daily specials, and sales tactics to meet aggressive sales targets and minimize product waste.
· You are spearhead marketing changes when needed, including but not limited to in-store or exterior store signage, menus, and promotional materials.
· You create an amazing atmosphere through the use of music, intriguing merchandizing, updated menus and product refreshment, in addition to ensuring the outdoor spaces are cleanly and ready for guests.
· You provide daily recaps to the area manager, inclusive of highlights and anything that may need special attention such as product requests or repair requests.
· You uphold all policies, procedures, and security protocols by adhering to the Operations Policy Guide, Employee Manual, and all other published materials as corporate presents them.
Team Operations:
· You properly train all new team members from both an operational, sales and product knowledge perspective and follow up with each new employee at their 30-day, 60-day and 90-day mark to ensure success of onboarding.
· You encourage your team members to post stories on internal and external social media accounts to drive brand awareness.
· You deliver annual reviews to team members and provide action plans accordingly.
· You issue disciplinary action as necessary including verbal warnings, write ups and terminations.
· You manage the staffing scheduling and labor for your retail store.
· You fulfill job duties of any team member, as needed, to compensate for staffing shortages, break times, higher than normal sales volume, or to support general operations.
· You actively seek out new talent, then interview candidates and onboard employees.

· You provide daily recaps to the area manager, inclusive of highlights and anything that may need special attention such as product requests or repair requests.

Team Operations:
· You properly train all new team members from both an operational, sales and product knowledge perspective and follow up with each new employee at their 30-day, 60-day and 90-day mark to ensure success of onboarding.
· You encourage your team members to post stories on internal and external social media accounts to drive brand awareness.
· You deliver annual reviews to team members and provide action plans accordingly.
· You issue disciplinary action as necessary including verbal warnings, write ups and terminations.
· You manage the staffing scheduling and labor for your retail store.
· You fulfill job duties of any team member, as needed, to compensate for staffing shortages, break times, higher than normal sales volume, or to support general operations.
· You actively seek out new talent, then interview candidates and onboard employees.
Job Requirements:
· Must be 21 years of age.
· Must pass background check and reference checks.
· High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Essential Functions:
- You will assist the Store Manager with action items, sales targets for each day, focused sales strategies, management, and coaching.

Who You Are:
Our Security Customer Care Consultant holds a critical role in our dispensary safety operations and plays an integral part in elevating patient experience. The SC3 is responsible for the first point of contact and setting a positive tone for their visit. The SC3 monitors the internal facility and external grounds on a regular cadence, ensuring that both patients and team members alike feel comfortable while on the premises. This position is largely customer service driven and only, when necessary, intervening to peacefully de-escalate conflicts and will then report to the Store Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Greets all guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner; check patient's medical cards and educate patients on deals, share information about Euphora events, etc.
- Provides a safe and secure internal and external environment, implementing safety policies to ensure the safety of team members, patients, and company assets always
- Monitors Euphora’s internal and external premises, (i.e., parking lot and internal/external access points, etc.)
- Performs and documents scheduled and random inspection patrols of physical premises
- Observes, cautions, instructs, corrects, investigates, and reports persons or incidents involving unusual suspicious or unwanted activity such as vandalism or property damage
- Identifies potential security and safety risks, or undesirable conditions and reports
- Responds to all emergencies including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, undesirable conduct, violations of company policies or civil law; assists until proper authorities arrive
- Conducts crowd control at the front door and in the dispensary area, forming lines and updating patients to help manage their service expectations during busy periods
- Determines admission or denial to any visitor or customer, questioning and removing persons as necessary, coordinates actions with Store Manager as necessary
- Communicates with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Shift Leads when safety protocols are needed
- Interfaces with local law enforcement and security agencies as situations require
- Documents any irregularity, incident, or emergency actions concerning safety and security, completing all required paperwork
