Cannabis Sales Associate
Enlighten is the omnichannel advertising platform to connect brands and cannabis consumers. We offer unique cross-platform solutions to deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive tangible results built on our proprietary in-store television network in over 1,000 cannabis venues.
The position offers an opportunity to join a fast-growing advertising sales team in one of the most exciting and growing industries in the US. The Cannabis Sales Associate will have the opportunity to work directly with the head of the division to serve cannabis brands across the country.
We are looking for an incredible sales person with a go-get-it mentality. Someone to champion our new advertising platform, Enlighten Adsuite. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, marketing, interpersonal and organizational skills. The position offers a lot of independence (and upside compensation) so the candidate should be able to set their own strategy and plan to achieve the intended revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships with cannabis brands and retailers.
- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Manage channel partnership relationships.
- Create a unique sales culture tied to collaboration and winning.
Qualifications
- Intimate knowledge of the cannabis industry.
- Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, distributor, DSP, ad agency, or other advertising or cannabis sales roles is required.
- Knowledge of branding and advertising, both in-store and digital is preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant business experience is preferred.
- Outstanding sales experience, with a track record of up-selling and winning net new accounts.
- Ability to manage own schedule
- Experience with channel partners is a plus..
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients.
- Experience building long standing, consultative client relationships.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year

Position Overview
The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for outreach, activations and marketing for The Real CannaBus, the world’s first and only mobile cannabis dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Research upcoming events for the CannaBus
- Handle event and vendor applications
- Lead the execution of events (cannabis and non-cannabis) of various size and scale
- Manage budget, event timelines, event specs, production schedules, etc.
- Manage and develop vendor relationships
- Work with sales team to sell bus sponsorships for upcoming events
- Assist with additional marketing duties as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of event planning and production experience
- Tradeshow and Cannabis experience a plus
- Willingness to travel

Position Overview
Enlighten is looking for an Account Executive to sell Enlighten’s video ad network for endemic (cannabis + CBD) brands.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue through new and existing customers via cold calls, email marketing, outside sales and tradeshow participation.
- Identify new key customers by understanding needs and developing a plan for growth.
- Support our existing customers and ensure they are repeated customers
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop strategies
- Work with Account Manager pre-sale to create media plans and post-sale to ensure client’s ad campaigns are successful
- Build product and market knowledge to demonstrate understanding and credibility.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships.
- You will report to the Director of Sales and VP of Sales
Qualifications
- Must be completely comfortable making cold calls and email outreach
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Disciplined, self-starter, willing and motivated to constantly learn and improve
- Reliable transportation
