Elevated Solutions is a cannabis business management/consulting company that focuses on compliance & licensing, representing about thirty farms in the Humboldt County area. We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant to join our team.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

-Balance & maintain accurate ledgers

-Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

-Reconcile bank account

-Maintain organized records

-Assist in administrative office tasks, such as data entry, organizing/updating files, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field is highly desired

-Prior experience using QuickBooks required

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other relevant computer applications

-Must have reliable means of transportation

-Meticulous attention to detail

-Organizational skills

-Ability to multitask

-Excellent verbal and written communication

- Independent & self-motivated

-Flexibility in performing tasks for multiple agencies in an ever-changing industry

-Willingness to grow professionally with the company

Compensation:

-$15-30/hour; Depends on Experience

Hours:

-Flexible schedule

-Must be available to commit to 20+ hours weekly
