Prepare gummy ingredients by following, modifying, or formulating recipes to produce products of specified flavor, texture, and color. Develop, implement, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure that ingredients, products, and packaging materials are handled safely and that food products are processed in a suitable environment. Develop, prepare, and maintain a Food Safety Plan, a Food Recall Plan implementing lot codes, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tracing lot codes to sales locations. The position of Distillation Tech requires the ability to understand and operate distillation systems for the manufacturing of distillate. The ability to identify when these systems are malfunctioning and then know how to troubleshoot them is critical. Personnel in this position will possess a thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process, the adeptness to respond to emergency situations in an appropriate manner, provide leadership, and serve as a positive role model for junior employees. A Distillation Tech must also provide input for Hazard Reviews, system engineering, and other projects. Because few individuals will be qualified to function in this capacity, personnel in this position must be on-call according to business needs or vacation and sick days for other operators.
Personnel in this position must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a strong team-oriented environment and to provide training as well as coordinate the work of others.

Currently this will be a multi-faceted position. The Fulfillment Specialist is a key part to an efficient and productive supply chain. This role will handle product inventory control from oil to finished cartridges. The main responsibilities of this position include meeting inventory goals, maintaining the warehouse cleanliness, and working closely under fulfillment goals and needs, sales team needs, and compliance needs to fulfill orders and meet distribution deadlines.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
-Maintaining and creating inventory in METRC
-Be able to work under developing inventory control procedures and aid in finding best practices
-Receive and record new product stock as it arrives from the lab; store or move as needed.
-Monitor packaging stock levels at the warehouse and communicate when to replenish stock.
-Help conduct regular audits and analyses to maintain and predict inventory issues and stay in compliance
-Communicate with Distribution Manager about current stock and potential issues with orders.
-Assess inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery (quality control).
-Fulfill orders in a timely manner and coordinate packaging of orders for delivery.
