We are a vertically integrated cannabis company and we are seeking full-time, reliable, hard-working cultivation staff to assist with field prep and maintenance, planting and plant care, harvesting, and general labor.
- Perform all the tasks at the farm including:

METRC stands for Marijuana Enforcement, Tracking, Reporting, and Compliance. METRC is a web-based state-mandated tracking and reporting software to chart chain of custody of all marijuana and marijuana-infused products from seed to sale. The Inventory Systems Manager will be efficient in working with multiple departments that are utilizing the METRC system. Candidates will be versed in all METRC procedures to prevent loss through expiration, diversion and other issues related to commercial cannabis handling and processing. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast paced ever changing industry with an exceptional work ethic and strong observation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the completion of data tracking for all cultivation and distribution activities as specified by local and state regulatory agencies
· Create processes and SOPs for data tracking across the cultivation and distribution operations
· Manage METRC plant and harvest specialists to ensure timely and accurate tag and inventory management
· Perform METRC and Biotrack audits weekly / as needed, auditing inventory to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory is 100% accurate and satisfies physical representation per state rules and regulations
· Report and identify reasons for discrepancies after an audit has been performed to evaluate what issues had occurred
· Serve as point of contact for METRC inquiries during inspections by local and state regulatory agencies
· Verify plant and harvest data is accurate and complete
· Verify manifests to ensure proper information is correctly filled and completed prior to departures
· Verifying packages that are created and broken down are correct with its affixed METRC tag
· Prepare documentation and processes for marijuana waste disposal
· Maintain knowledge of system / policy changes in METRC and educate team members accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS
· BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university or equivalent work experience in a similar role or industry

- Assists Manager with the preparation and compilation of internal reporting of monthly results and analyses
