Summary: Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Cashier is responsible for welcoming customers, checking ID's, and taking payment for company products. This position may include working on the sales floor or being a receptionist in the dispensary or providing curbside support for online orders.

Greets customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.*
- Listens to customer needs and then directs them to appropriate products and purchases.*

*Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Product Inventory Processor is responsible for processing retail products for placement on the sales floor. Processing duties include packaging, labeling products, and preparing inventory.

*Under the supervision of the Production Manager, to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties/responsibilities listed below:
- Works with the inventory processing team to record, label and package products for the sales floor
- Assists with quality control, quantity counts, and document verification for incoming deliveries and receiving of new product
- Ensures products packaging and labeling are complaint with Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) standards and regulations
- Works with sales floor staff to ensure that sales floor inventory is maintained, low stock is routinely replenished and shelves are properly stocked/displayed
- Assists with inventory reconciliation to make sure POS and METRC records match physical inventory.
- Demonstrates is competent with Windows based operating system, Excel and Word
- Manages time efficiently in order to meet daily productivity, quality and preferred compliance goals

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the DGT Owner-Manager, the Marketing and Advertising
Director demonstrates experience, enthusiasm, knowledge and skills in
developing “innovative” campaigns and events which market DGT’s Cannabis
business products. The Marketing Director will identify marketing strategies that
can attract new Cannabis clients in order to create and sustain returning
customers who are loyal to the DGT brand. The Marketing and Advertising
Director will also be able to create advertising materials both on social media and in
print that engage customers as well as be able to market the ideal customer
experience in the DGT retail store.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building client loyalty to the DGT Cannabis brand through cutting edge advertisement campaigns
- Demonstrating prior Cannabis industry marketing, promotions and advertising experience
- Using Graphic Design advertising skills
- Promoting Mobile campaigns
- Utilizing knowledge about Cannabis advertising restrictions in marketing promotions
- Identifying and displaying proven marketing strategies that increase customer satisfaction in shopping for Cannabis at DGT

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to work at a cash register and cash based computer terminal
