About the role:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales of the company’s products in the wholesale market across the state. This role is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships as well as establishing relationships with prospects. The Sales Representative represents company brands by attending industry events and distributing orders directly to customers. Metrics for this role will include total sales, client retention, and turning leads into clientele.

About the role:
The Kitchen Technician is responsible for assisting in the manufacture of cannabis edibles and retail products for dispensaries throughout Arizona. The Kitchen Technician will be utilizing advanced equipment and techniques. About the role:

The Downtown Dispensary's Cultivation is seeking dedicated Trimmers to join our team. Trimmers will assist in the trimming and processing of product for the Post-Harvest Team.
Trimmers will need exemplary organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills to complete the required tasks. Additional preferred skills include:
- Dexterity
- Ability to operate a weighing scale accurately
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills on assigned tasks

- Detail oriented while maintaining productivity

Trimmers will have the following responsibilities:

Trimming
- Trimming leaves from plants after harvest
- Reach production quotas by maintaining a quick, effective pace as a team as well as independently without sacrificing quality

Quality control
- Handle plants with care while paying attention to detail
- Notify a supervisor if any inventory product or production equipment appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way
- Consistent and accurate output
- Alert a supervisor of any discrepancies found during production quality control checks

Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized and safe trim and cure room.
- Clean production area after every shift
- Sanitize all surfaces
- Notify supervisor if cleaning supplies are low
- Perform other related duties and tasks when requested
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly team and personal quota goals
- Perform team and individual tasks as assigned while maintaining an efficient production pace and speed
- Ensure a safe working environment
