Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant would be responsible for setting travel, booking appointments, and meetings, as well as additional administrative duties for our President. You will take ownership of a variety of administrative and logistical responsibilities and ensure flawless daily operations. Your assertive nature and proven sense of organization will be key to your success in this exciting role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Book travel arrangements with the flexibility to update or change travel plans when needed.
- Oversee calendar management: schedule meetings appointments, and events.

Job Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team of people passionate about wellness and creating a world-class brand experience. The ideal candidate is a resourceful accounting generalist, ideally coming from a Big 4 accounting firm, with tax and/or audit and/or CPG experience. The incumbent will be required to work cross functionally with senior managers to ensure strong partnership with the finance organization. She/He should also have a strong interest and background in Accounts Receivables.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead all aspects of Accounts Receivables across various entities & geographies: California, Canada, Nevada, Michigan, Colorado, amongst others
- Oversee the collection efforts and delinquency controls, ensuring money owed is billed and received accurately and promptly
- Manage billing, credits and account reconciliations while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Lead & train the team to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and distributors to effectively communicate Customer Account balances and invoice due dates
- Manage & drive relationship with Distributors, including spearheading integration projects to build out the needs of dosist’s growing business, systems & ways of working
- Identify and collaborate on solutions for billing and AR process deficiencies
- Strengthen the cash collections process by creating, maintaining and distributing daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Research and resolve invoice disputes and other billing inquiries from customers
- Prepare, book and reconcile customer entries and bank reconciliations
- Ensure all procedures are in compliance with GAAP
- Support month-end and year-end close process, including but not limited to:
- Ledger to sub-ledger tie out
- Management of Cash on Hand
- Inter-company postings and reconciliations
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant; MS in Accounting highly preferred
- Must have 4+ years of experience within Accounting team with minimum of 2 years+ of dedicated specialized billing, collections, or account management experience
- Experience working for top public accounting firm highly preferred
- Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Microsoft Navision
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
- Experience working independently, within cross-functional teams, in a collaborative, professional environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to prepare accurate and detailed work reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google G Suite

Job Overview: The Distribution Manager will act as a member of the Supply Chain function within the Operations business unit. - Ensure compliance with the company safety standards, DOT regulations, CA Bureau of Cannabis Control regulations, METRC, and distribution delivery policies/procedures

- Ensure proper staffing and scheduling to meet the changing needs of the business

dosist is looking for Guides to represent our brand at our own retail locations as well as through demos, events, activations, and shop in shops within our retail dispensary partners. The ideal candidate will have open or flexible availability Thursday through Sunday.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create an environment that makes guests feel comfortable to explore, ask questions, and learn about how plant-based therapy can improve their lives — including a private experience designed exclusively for high profile guests
- Serve as an ambassador for the dosist brand by engaging with customers through 1:1 interactions or through the delivery of quality, custom programming
- Approach, welcome, and guide guests through the end-to-end dosist journey
- Bring the dosist vision, culture, and values to life in every interaction by sharing deep expertise and enthusiasm for dosist products
- Develop business relationships with our guests and encourage them to return to try different products that meet their needs
- Anticipate our guests’ needs and surprise and delight them with proactive and personalized service
- Ensure interactions and transactions feel simple and seamless
- Maximize programming attendance by driving awareness with guests
- Maintain merchandising presentation and ensure displays and demo products are to standard
- Help the team meet or exceed sales targets by exceeding your individual sales goals
