Responsibilities
- Reagent login, makeup, storage, and disposal.
- Chemistry Proximate testing which will include liquid-liquid extractions, dilutions, titrations, proper use of a balance.
- Assist in sample preparation, data analysis and paperwork for various instrumental methods used for Protein Leco, spectrometer, HPLC, GC etc.
- General laboratory maintenance and house keeping.
Qualifications
Requirements for Applicant:
- High School Diploma
- 0-1 Years Experience.
- Must be able to stand and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, critical thinker with good math skills.
- Must be able to lift 10lbs with each hand and pick up to 50lbs.
- Must be willing to learn Good Documentation Practices.
- Must work occasional holidays.
- Must be willing to have a flexible schedule for days that require overtime.
- Must also live within 40 miles of Lincolnwood IL. No relocation packages available.
- Prior experience working in a fast paced environment

A depth of experience in spectral and chromatographic data interpretation and validation is required.
A high level of competency in trace analysis of contaminants, potency, metals, pesticides, or drug compounds, and clear understanding of acceptable practices for data and method validation are needed. Experience using Agilent systems is a must.
