Position: Dani Fire Cannabis Brand - Outside Sales Representative for the Los Angeles Territory
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Company Description: Dani Fire offers the most premium cannabis oil cartridges that can be found on the market today and they only contain two ingredients: cannabis oil and ultra-high grade terpenes. Dani Fire cartridges are 100% free of any cutting agents, flavors or other additives.
Position Summary: We are looking for an outside sales representative to help with the wholesale of our cannabis product line to retailers throughout the Los Angeles area.
Candidate must have previous experience of B2B brand sales within the legal cannabis industry and live in the Los Angeles area.
The ideal candidate has a “Hunter” sales mentality, is goal driven and self-motivated, energetic, healthy, friendly, easy to get along with, and enjoys a competitive ever-changing marketplace.You may also be required to provide Sales Support to Sales Management and other team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driving sales revenue and market share by managing a defined group of cannabis retailers to achieve quota.
- Prospecting new clients, presenting and selling the products and services we represent.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Preparing proposals and presentations and giving product demonstrations.
- Maintaining records of all account activity within our database.
- Maintaining contact lists for each account.
- Serving as the first line of contact with customers.
- Travel will be required, including client meetings and special events. Must possess ability to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Competencies:
- Must be an active listener giving full attention to others, as well as conveying information effectively and be able to persuade others.
- Successful inside sales proven background
- Must use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Must have strong negotiating skills in order to reach a beneficial outcome.
- Must be service oriented in order to look for ways to help potential clients.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Providing a link to your updated social media account is HIGHLY preferred but not required.
Desired Education/Experience:
- 2-3 years of cannabis industry inside sales experience with proven track record of success (required)
- 1-2 years of cannabis industry outside sales experience with proven track record of success (required)
- Must have a basic understanding of cannabis products and the California retail market landscape.
- Previous experience in the cannabis industry, specifically in a sales role for a brand.
- Experience in and knowledge of the cannabis industry in California is a major plus
- Age 21+
- NO past felonies or criminal record- must be able to pass a full background check
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable laptop computer and cellular phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Commission-based sales experience candidates preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferredbut not required.
