Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the development and oversight of all sales activities for their given accounts to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. The Outside Sales Representative will routinely call on their accounts as a proactive and consultative partner with buyers to plan their inventory needs, educate their teams on our products, and host patient events at their dispensaries. The primary goal of the Outside Sales Representative is to maintain a complete representation and adequate inventory levels of all cokoh and chizle products inside each of their accounts and assist their accounts with increasing inventory turns on those products.
Essential Functions:
- Wholesale sales: Flower & processed products – work with dispensary buyers in Ohio, as identified by management, and help them solve their business problems with our products;
- Wholesale sales: trim - Identify licensed processors with a need for high quality trim or failed flower, and help them solve their business problems with our products;
- Continuously cultivate business relationships with existing and potential customers in retail (dispensary buyers and patient consultants) and processing around the state;
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for all wholesale sales; ensure that forecasts are shared with manger in a timely manner;
- Maintain the high level of customer satisfaction expected of a premium brand; monitor customer feedback and suggestions for products; promptly address any customer complaints;
- Identify market trends and competitor product offerings and pricing, and share the same with relevant members of the team. Adjust sales tactics based on market demands on an as-needed basis;
- Coordinate and attend patient education and outreach events at territory dispensaries;
- Lead dispensary employee educational trainings remotely and/or in person;
- Maintain an adequate supply and tidy storage of all marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, swag, etc. needed for outreach events;
- Maintain up to date knowledge on market segments;
- Comply at all times with the laws and regulations governing the sale of medicinal cannabis in the State of Ohio.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Role Summary:
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for maintaining and operating extraction and manufacturing duties. The laboratory technician is responsible for ensuring that the facility, equipment and product meets strict state and local guidelines.
Essential Functions:
General and compliance
- Conduct all processing operations are conducted in full compliance with state laws and regulations, and in accordance with the company’s values.
- Operate and maintain laboratory, extraction, manufacturing, metrological and other equipment in the facility.
- Under the supervision of the Production Manager and Lab Director, perform quality control tests on ingredients, intermediate products, and finished products.
- Under the supervision of the Production Manager and Lab Director, test and calibrate lab equipment in preparation for specific tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all products (inputs, work-in-process, finished goods).
- Ensure that METRC data are accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Manufacturing
- Operate laboratory, extraction, and manufacturing equipment under the supervision of the Production Manager and Lab Director.
- Follow weekly schedules to ensure there is proper coverage based on the business’s needs, and to ensure that all production deadlines are met
- Under the supervision of the Production Manager and Lab Director, perform lab bench work and product filtrations
- Under the supervision of the Production Manager and Lab Director, create distilled, high purity concentrates for use in a variety of products including inhalables, edibles, topicals, and tinctures.
- Under the supervision of the Production Manager and Lab Director, coordinate equipment maintenance, purchases and repairs as needed
- In coordination with the sales and fulfillment teams, ensure that products are ready for delivery on time, in the correct quantities, and at the highest quality.
- Assist in fulfillment department, as needed.
- Correctly label and store all products, in accordance with company SOP and state law and regulations.
- Report any issues that may affect production levels to management immediately.
Cleaning
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility
- Ensure that personal hygiene is maintained, and PPE is worn in line with company and industry standards, and complies with all requirements set forth in law and regulation.
- Sanitize all production equipment and tools, including workspace, lab equipment, containers, tools and appliances, upon completion of each production task. Verify that the workspace, lab equipment, containers, tools and appliances are in proper sanitary condition prior to beginning any production task.
- Monitor, clean and maintain all equipment in line with manufacturer instructions.
- Perform duties as needed, outlined in the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.

Position Summary:
The Cultivation Manager is the company’s subject matter expert on at-scale cultivation of cannabis. They are the technical manager to the various members of the cultivation team, notably the leaders of the various specialized teams. The cultivation manager is ultimately accountable for the quantity and quality of the facility’s output. S/he develops and updates the team’s SOPs for cultivation in accordance with operational needs and compliance requirements, and ensures that the personnel on each team adhere to the same. At times, s/he identifies equipment and opportunities to improve efficiency and standardize quality.

- Set, maintain and continuously improve the company’s standards for cannabis cultivation, including facility standards, genetics selection, yield expectations, aesthetic requirements and quality control and assurance.
- Regularly solicit and incorporate feedback from senior management, peers and subordinates, to identify industry and company best practices, and incorporate the same into cultivation methods and SOPs.
