Trim and Cure Department Manager
This is a full-time salary-based position at a production warehouse. The position involves the management of a trim crew and features performance-based incentives, health/dental/vision benefits, in-store discounts, and paid time off.
DAILY TASKS:
- Cannabis plant harvesting
- Post-harvest drying and curing
- Managing a team of trimmers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of trimmers
- Recruit, hire and staff the post-harvest processing department
- Work with other team members to ensure operations are compliant.
- Coach, develop and maximize the success of all associates.
- Ensure adherence to a strict production schedule.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure inventory is consistently accurate, up to date, effectively ordered and replenished.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Must know how to use Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in METRC account management.
- Knowledge of or a willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
- Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations.

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that our existing operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. You will supervise company compliance to support retail, cultivation, marketing and other relevant lines of business involving regulatory compliance. You will insure our compliance training is up to date and provided to all staff. You will also provide advice on compliance to team members. You will conduct regular on sight facility audits based on regulatory requirements; and ensure the monitoring and tracking of various compliance data. This position is responsible for all ordering of both retail products and general office and packaging materials. They research new vendors and bring on new products. The position oversees all physical inventories and insures that inventory is accepted and tracked accurately. They research sales trends and ensure we order accurately based on sales demand. They perform all METRC sales inputs and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and detail oriented. They are very proficient in excel and other various systems. They posses an open availability and are able to work early mornings or late evenings based on the task needing to be accomplished. They will have a strong background in inventory and systems management. They currently possess an occupational license issued by the department of revenue to work in the cannabis industry. They are familiar with METRC and have a good understanding of inventory compliance regulations. They also must self study and understand in detail the various aspects of state and city compliance regulations regarding inventory and reporting.As a Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors.
