POSITION SUMMARY
The Shipping & Receiving Technician/Driver (S&R Tech) is a critical part of the Conception Nurseries Business Operations team. This individual is responsible for the transportation and delivery of goods to our customers and for ensuring all supplies coming into the facility are properly stored and/or distributed to the appropriate operations staff for use. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure that plants ready for sale are appropriately packed, correctly labeled with the accurate delivery address, and delivered on time to the customer cultivation site. This individual will be required to submit a Motor Vehicle Report from the DMV showing they have a clean, valid Oregon driver's license. This position will report to the Director of Business Operations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transport
- Transporting and delivering items to customer locations in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied

- Accepting payments for delivered items

accurately recorded - Monitors delivery schedule of shipments.
- Communicates daily with the Production Manager and customer service concerning the
quantities of parts being shipped and where they will be shipped - Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with appropriate manager and/or shipper to rectify damages or shortages
- Scan and process shipments and material received through the ERP system
- Routes items to departments
- Maintains packaging inventory and orders materials needed for the shipping area

POSITION SUMMARY
The Research Assistant will be a critical part of the Conception Nurseries team. You are responsible for participating in the design, administration and monitoring of the clinical studies. Consults with R&D team based on the progress of research projects and coordinates analytical reports to support the findings. This position will report to the Director of R&D.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Manager will manage all production technicians at the Production Facility and will be responsible for worksite cleanliness and safety, inventory management, creating and executing against production goals based on the sales plan. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Laboratory Operations.
Essential Functions:
- Create production plan to meet sales specifications and deadlines by using Monitor production to resolve issues
- Estimate and monitor costs, prepare budget
- Determine product specifications and release dates to determine product costs and resource needs.
- Coordinate the production aspects of the product, including production schedules and milestones with the team.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained
- Provide motivation, support and guidance for production personnel
- Provide technical guidance and implement SOP's
- Ensure the overall quality of product for team.
