JOB DESCRIPTION #1
We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to develop and direct our Marketing department from the ground up. In order to keep us aligned with our company goals, you will design, implement and monitor marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is experienced, with proven end-to-end project management as well as digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns. A successful candidate is highly professional, driven, and should play a significant role in the strategic planning of our company. You will report to management, and you will oversee marketing our brand on all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Company website, Twitter, Newspaper, Magazines, etc.).
You must have experience in marketing. Industry relationships are a big plus. If you enjoy startup environments (i.e. wearing multiple hats, learning different roles, creating new processes, learning to adapt quickly to changes), you will thrive in this position.
We are looking for self-starters with the ability to effectively communicate and connect with a wide variety of personalities.
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator responsibilities:
- Develop marketing and analytics reporting practices to assess product launch success and performance.
- Attend and livestream major Cannabis events, including interviews, scavenger hunts, and other social promotions.
- Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Conduct microinfluencer canvassing and outreach.
- Coordinate delivery of promo packages for influencers.
- Communicate with dispensaries to gather key marketing feedback, assess product performance, and identify in-store visual merchandising opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency and brand voice in digital marketing and social media
- You will be on top of responding to all direct messages and inquiries on all platforms and making sure the correct departments receive the inquiries
- You will work very closely with marketing and sales to align social media with all other company calendars (eCommerce product launches, various sales events, and expos, etc.) and delivering key insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must be sociable and interested in interacting with many people in a dynamic environment, both in the office and beyond, on a daily basis.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product related information in a professional manner.
- High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience a plus.
- Social media marketing skills are a plus.
- Data analysis experience is a plus.
- Photography & videography experience
- Graphic design & content creation experience
- Portfolio or examples must reflect proficiency in product imagery shooting and editing
- Deep understanding of social content trends and platforms
- Knowledge in paid social media campaigns.
- Must be tech-savvy, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

The Extraction Technician will need to have light ethanol experience and will work the extraction and post processing equipment day-to-day. The technician will work directly with Chemists and the rest of the Laboratory Team to support tasks associated with refining extracted cannabis oil to work-order specifications. This includes following SOP’s, running packaging equipment, and cleaning of all processing equipment while complying with all GMP state and local laws and safety standards. Most importantly, the Extraction Technician will be a team-player, respectful collaborator, and have strong attention to detail.

Essential Functions
- Operate all equipment in safe and efficient manner. Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines. This includes the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
- Calibrate and operate a scale/balance
- Perform cannabis extraction and post extraction
- Communicate with previous extraction shift for insights on machinery, materials, post-processing, and any highlights.
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
- Prepare materials before operating machinery. Solvent, air, heat exchangers, cannabis material, work orders, tools.
- Must keep a clean and organized workspace
- Sanitize all tools and equipment before and after use.
- Perform all technical procedures adhering to the operation, technical, and quality control policies and guidelines. Record data in all necessary software platforms
- Create and process various types of cannabis extracts
- Assist with laboratory and equipment cleanup. Wash and sterilize lab surfaces, tools, etc.
- Capable of working with hazardous chemicals and is able to identify and report unsafe equipment, conditions and practices so that they may be corrected prior to an incident.
- Flexibility and the ability to shift work schedule according to production needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualification
- Experience with Light Ethanol extraction, Concentrates, Shatter, Etc.....
- Experience in the volatile extraction field
- Inventory tracking systems experience a plus
- Prior METRC experience a plus
- Understanding of proper and safe handling of hazardous materials
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Basic Math Skills
- Must be able to adhere to facility SOPs.
- Must be able to work quickly but efficiently, while maintaining the integrity of the product.
- Must assist post-processing staff when necessary
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Repetitive motions and understanding of lab equipment.
- Must adhere to safety rules and standards.
- This position requires long periods of standing, frequent use of manual dexterity, reach and ability to lift 40 pounds regularly. Visual acuity is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION #1 –Production Specialist
Complement is seeking a highly motivated and capable individual to join our team. The position focuses on development, optimization, and troubleshooting of our recipes to ensure we recieve consistent production every time. The candidate must record all experiments conducted and advise on what procedures we should take to create a consistent product from beginning to end.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and perform line trials within production
- Identify, develop and validate manufacturing processes leveraging culinary knowledge to achieve productivity, quality and new product objectives.
- Demonstrates innovative design, development and execution of experiments.
- Develop parameters ensuring production process capabilities.
- Develop product and process specifications for new and/or existing products.
- Readily adapt to changing project needs; independently plan and execute experiments.
- Adheres to good laboratory conduct, documentation practices, and safety guidelines.
Skills Proficiencies:
- Knowledgeable in ingredient selection, formulation, processing equipment, and operating conditions.
