SUMMARY
This position provides various operational and administrative support to Commencement Bay Cannabis retail business. The Budtender Lead position is responsible for assisting Store Management to ensure the day-to-day management of store operations are met and will perform as a Budtender as needed to ensure proper coverage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

· Schedule and communicate shift breaks and lunches amongst Budtender team.
· Assist management with daily online menu updates and to consistently check for inaccuracies and system errors.
· Provides main line of communication between Budtender team and Management.
· Drive repeat business through local networking and the loyalty program.
· Understanding of all PTCE Policies and Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
· Knowledge of GreenBits and Inventory Processes (Adjustments, hiding products, attaching products, Counts, intake, samples, etc..)
· Assists with Daily Cash Sales by performing cash counts, documents daily drops and tips.

SUMMARY

Customer Development:

- Educate customers by explaining the qualities, including potential health/wellness values, of marijuana products to match customer interest and needs;
- Assist customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions;
- Monitor sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating complaints and service suggestions
Performance and Talent Management:
- Supervise all staff, including scheduling oversight during Store Manager’s absence
- Collaborate with Store Manager and PTCE Human Resources Director to assist in functions such as recruiting, training, managing and counseling of Retail Staff;
- Participate in interviews for appropriate staff
- Recommend pay changes, incentives, promotions and bonuses for staff to the Store Manager
- Ensure excellence in training for new hires and ongoing training for staff
- Assist in training all staff in the PTCE policies and procedures
- Supervise, coach, and communicate with staff to meet and exceed performance
- Provide recognition and discipline where appropriate with concurrence of Store Manager
- Evaluate and review staff performance; provide feedback to Store Manager

SUMMARY:
This position in conjunction with the Store Manager is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of inventory for assigned locations to optimize investment while providing high level of service and product availability to customers. This includes but not limited to maintaining a system to control stock levels, set-up, determining and maintaining stocking levels, and reduction of excess and inactive product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Consult with Store Management to provide reports on product selection for Store
- Works with Buyers to expedite orders, track deliveries, resolve shipping errors, and maintain accurate records following established guidelines
- Monitor the entering and reconciling of product invoices into POS system
- Coordinate payment of orders with PTCE Finance within established procedures
- Coordinate with Store Management on the Employee Sampling Program (intake of samples, document the distribution and record in inventory system) to ensure compliance with LCB regulations
- Coordinate with Store Management Team to ensure products are priced appropriately
- Partner with Store Manager to develop and implement inventory control procedures for both front and back of the store
- Monitor the compliance of S.O.P. for Inventory Control throughout the store, report any discrepancies to Store Manager
- Assist with daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts
- Audit inventory counts and products as scheduled and as needed
- May assist with administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties as needed

SUMMARY
The Budtender provides customer service and education to our clientele while promoting a work environment that is positive, service oriented and compliant with established policies, procedures and applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide visitors with all directions and provide all information regarding promotions.
- Conduct required identification check on each customer.
- Provide customer with a brief tour and explanation on the products available.
- Assist customers with products and merchandise
- Work with management to increase sales.
- Merchandise store displays and assist with stocking and merchandising in sales area as needed
- Provide exceptional customer services at all times and maintain courtesy and professionalism.

SUMMARY:
This position in conjunction with the Store Manager is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of inventory for assigned locations to optimize investment while providing high level of service and product availability to customers. This includes but not limited to maintaining a system to control stock levels, set-up, determining and maintaining stocking levels, and reduction of excess and inactive product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Consult with Store Management to provide reports on product selection for Store
- Works with Buyers to expedite orders, track deliveries, resolve shipping errors, and maintain accurate records following established guidelines
- Monitor the entering and reconciling of product invoices into POS system
- Coordinate payment of orders with PTCE Finance within established procedures
- Coordinate with Store Management on the Employee Sampling Program (intake of samples, document the distribution and record in inventory system) to ensure compliance with LCB regulations
- Coordinate with Store Management Team to ensure products are priced appropriately
- Partner with Store Manager to develop and implement inventory control procedures for both front and back of the store
- Monitor the compliance of S.O.P. for Inventory Control throughout the store, report any discrepancies to Store Manager
- Assist with daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts
- Audit inventory counts and products as scheduled and as needed
- May assist with administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties as needed

This position provides various operational and administrative support to the Puyallup Tribe’s cannabis commercial retail business. This position is responsible for assisting Store Management to ensure the day to day management of the operations are met and will perform as a Lead Budtender as needed to ensure proper coverage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide day to day assistance with Retail Operations in various functions of a Lead Budtender which may include: performing cash drops for Budtenders, preparing change for Budtenders, cashiering, covering breaks for various employees and assisting with stocking/inventory as needed.
- Assists with Daily Cash Sales reconciliation by performing cash counts, documents daily drops, verifies bank deposits for Garda pick-ups, maintains bank deposit records, ensures the proper documentation is sent to both the store and Finance while maintaining a cashier log of overages and shortages.
- Provides assistance to new members of the Management Team in regard to Cash Handling/Reconciliation trainings
- Provide administrative support to Retail Team by providing clerical support, systems management and courier service to various locations.
- May provide support to Inventory Team by assisting in inventory counts/management with filing both electronic and paper files and may assists with receiving shipments and processing manifests as requested.
- Process and coordinate orders for supplies with PTCE Accountant
- Timely receives, sorts, and distributes mail; prepares outgoing mail and ensures it is mailed
- May work with a variety of highly confidential information and, as a result, handles the information professionally and maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure the staff and operation complies with applicable regulations and codes
- Ensure daily operational tasks are completed timely and effectively
- Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the facility
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook and be able to publish basic sales reports, retail updates, and sales metrics.

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring that the sales floor is properly and adequately stocked. The Inventory Clerk works with the Inventory Management Team and Store Management to ensure that incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedures; ensuring materials are ready and available for sale as required; and accuracy of the inventory.

SUMMARY:
This position provides various operational and administrative support to the Puyallup Tribe’s cannabis commercial retail business. This position is responsible for assisting Store Management to ensure the day to day management of the operations are met and will perform as a Lead Budtender as needed to ensure proper coverage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide day to day assistance with Retail Operations in various functions of a Lead Budtender which may include: performing cash drops for Budtenders, preparing change for Budtenders, cashiering, covering breaks for various employees and assisting with stocking/inventory as needed.
- Assists with Daily Cash Sales reconciliation by performing cash counts, documents daily drops, verifies bank deposits for Garda pick-ups, maintains bank deposit records, ensures the proper documentation is sent to both the store and Finance while maintaining a cashier log of overages and shortages.
- Provides assistance to new members of the Management Team in regard to Cash Handling/Reconciliation trainings
- Provide administrative support to Retail Team by providing clerical support, systems management and courier service to various locations.
- May provide support to Inventory Team by assisting in inventory counts/management with filing both electronic and paper files and may assists with receiving shipments and processing manifests as requested.
- Process and coordinate orders for supplies with PTCE Accountant
- Timely receives, sorts, and distributes mail; prepares outgoing mail and ensures it is mailed
- May work with a variety of highly confidential information and, as a result, handles the information professionally and maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure the staff and operation complies with applicable regulations and codes
- Ensure daily operational tasks are completed timely and effectively
- Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the facility
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook and be able to publish basic sales reports, retail updates, and sales metrics.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supervising store staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years of age
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2 years of customer service and administrative/clerical experience preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and other staff.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute ratio and percent and interpret graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions in various forms and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring that the sales floor is properly and adequately stocked. The Inventory Clerk works with the Inventory Management Team and Store Management to ensure that incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedures; ensuring materials are ready and available for sale as required; and accuracy of the inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Conduct inventory replenishment on sales floor throughout the scheduled shift
- Merchandise store displays and assist with stocking and merchandising in sales area as needed
- Maintain organization of product stock room to include condensing large bins to ensure older product sells before new product; bundling new product for easier counts
- Assist with daily, weekly, monthly inventory counts
- Assist with inventory management using the company's established procedures, and responds to any discrepancies by notifying management
- Verify products are priced appropriately
- Ensure that all incoming product meets applicable LCB regulations
- May assist with entering and reconciling product invoice into POS system
- May assist with administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties as needed
