Summary: The Account Executive will be part of the CCL Sales Team. The primary responsibility is retaining customers while nurturing/growing the relationships and business opportunities over time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- * Serving as a communication hub between existing clients and the company
- Maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients and the company
- Offering new services or products to existing clients as relevant and necessary
- Managing and solving any customer complaints or issues
- Managing and updating clients on their shipping and tracking details
- Develop, nurture and maintain positive working relationships with CCL associates and customers.
- Attends training and meetings in accordance with CCL standards.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to shows and conventions to develop new or existing relationships
- May assist with set up and take down of shows and conventions.
- Maintains a clean work environment, which may include picking up trash or cleaning spills.
- Other duties may be assigned to fulfill CCL’s objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is preferred and 1-3 years of account management related experience. The Account Executive must possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint). High School Diploma or GED is required
The Accounts Executive must possess the following specific characteristics for success in this position:
- *Must have a Black Book within the hemp/cannabis space.
- *Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to communicate with various levels of management with a high degree of professionalism.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members and all levels of management.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to lead, teach and motivate others.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
Work Environment: The work environment is typically indoors.
Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Work hours are from 9am-5:30pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. Travel may be required.
Physical and Mental Demands: Light. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently, to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Light work involves frequent sitting, but may involve walking or standing for significant periods of time.

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 Starting

Summary: The Sales Manager will be the Leader of the CCL Sales Team. The primary responsibility is retaining customers while nurturing/growing the relationships and business opportunities over time. You will also develop sales strategies, mentor the sales force., and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients and the company
- Offering new services or products to existing clients as relevant and necessary
