We are seeking well-organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented Production Assistants to join our Colorado Production Team. A Production Associate is a MED Support Badged team member. All Team Members will follow the specifications and standard operating procedures set by Coda Signature. The successful candidate must show the skills and drive necessary to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing production efficiency, consistency, accuracy, safety, and quality control.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Making quality products under sanitary conditions in the most efficient manner and on a timely basis.
- Unpacking raw materials; mixing ingredients; assembling products and packing finished goods.
- Ensuring that all products (from raw materials to finished product) meet company and government quality standards.
- Notifying supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems, and/or equipment breakdowns.
- All work is done in a rotation. Will rotate to other product lines in all facilities as needed.
- Maintain steady product flow during production.
- Working in a wide range of temperatures and conditions and being exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including but not limited to a face mask, earplugs, safety glasses/goggles, bump caps, hair and beard nets, and gloves.
- Performing all duties in compliance with existing State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform month-end close: bank reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, credit card reconciliation, payroll accruals, debt tracking, routine journal entries.
- Treasury and cash management, including cash forecasting.
- Analysis of cost and vendor spend to produce cost saving efforts.
- Establish and cultivate strong relations with vendors, brokers, banks, and other institutions.
- Perform necessary functions to assist with research and obtaining accurate information to problem solve, with clear/concise communication and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain files, documentation, and processes thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policies.
- Updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for corporate and locations.
- Monitor and organize filings for various business and tax authorities, local and state.
- Primary liaison to CPA firm(s) for annual tax preparation.
- Assist with compliance and other related reporting requirements.
- Assist with administrative duties and ad-hoc report preparation.
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years (required) / 6+ (preferred) relevant experience or in this role | Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Start-ups and small/medium sized organizations are highly valued and considered
- QuickBooks Desktop (preferred)
- T&E Expense Reporting software; Expensify (preferred) | PCard (procurement or corporate credit cards) experience
- Payroll Provider; Paychex (preferred)
- Must have Intermediate/Advance knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups/hlookups, pivot tables)
- Annual 1099 preparation and review

We are currently seeking a Sanitation Technician to join our Edibles team. The Coda Signature Sanitation Technician is a team member responsible for supporting our manufacturing team in maintaining our standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the manufacturing and sanitation rooms, as well as equipment and machinery. This role is critical to ensuring the production efficiency, consistency, accuracy, safety, and overall quality control of Coda Signature’s award-winning products. Responsibilities
· Cleaning and sanitizing of manufacturing area, machinery, and equipment.
· Dismantles and reassembles production equipment for cleaning.

Coda Signature is an award-winning infused products company in Colorado that is experiencing rapid growth. We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to lead our fulfillment team in Trinidad, CO.
We are seeking a well-organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to help get our award-winning products delivered to dispensaries. This position will help logistically plan deliveries, prep orders to go out the door, and manage inventory. They will supervise two fulfillment coordinators and a team of drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Working in Salesforce and QuickBooks to edit and maintain sales orders. Working in QuickBooks to generate customer invoices and allocate the correct quantities of product to each customer. Working in METRC to manifest orders.
- Preparing orders for delivery including picking, tagging and packing orders into the delivery bags and prepping the bags for shipment (adding ice packs, tagging bags, etc.)
- Works with Sales to understand needs of customers to ensure the best service.
- Works with the production managers to keep accurate production records. Some records are internal forms with batch specific information and other records are part of the METRC system with the state of Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED).
- Maintains inventory counts in QuickBooks and METRC for finished and in process goods and for packaging components. Transacts production builds in QuickBooks and enters receipts of packaging shipments into inventory.
- Responsible for scheduling deliveries utilizing routing software to determine the most efficient delivery routes for the week and make sure they match with customer restraints and requests.
- Ensures inventory records are accurate in METRC and QuickBooks.
- Fulfillment Coordinators and Drivers are direct reports
- Manages schedule for fulfillment coordinators and drivers
- Responsible for ensuring all deliveries are made on time and accurately
- Responsible for accurately reporting time sheets for fulfillment coordinators and drivers to HR
- Responsible for Weekly Delivery Metrics report
- Responsible for reconciling Salesforce and QuickBooks open/invoiced orders.
- Responsible for keeping fulfillment area clean
Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge
- Possess strong computer skills – Proficiency with common business software, including Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new software systems quickly. Typing and 10-key number entry proficiency, minimum of 50 words per minute
- Possess both written and spoken communication skills – a great customer representative that represents Coda in a professional, but friendly manner. Relays information completely and accurately to Director of Sales and production department heads.
- Have attention to detail – there are a lot of key compliance details to observe in every transaction and drivers carry a lot of responsibility in this regard.
- Initiative – must be proactive in identifying potential issues with inventory and deliveries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Colorado resident
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to secure an Occupational License from the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED)
- Must be willing and able to work all shifts
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the consumer goods industry.

Coda Signature is an award-winning infused products (edibles, topicals, and concentrates) company that is experiencing rapid growth. We have operations in Trinidad, Colorado and Oakland, California. We are seeking a Compliance Manager who will ensure that our facilities remain compliant under state regulations in current and future markets. Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of CO MED regulations for our Trinidad facility
- Gain a thorough understanding of CA BCC and CDPH regulations for our Oakland facility
- Identify the need for new or revised company-wide policies and procedures and oversees their development and implementation.
- Identify gaps in procedures and develops strategies to correct them.
- Manage the internal compliance function, including inventory and audit controls.
- Manage the engagement of third party firms, performing any policies and procedural reviews and audits
- Create and maintain compliance logs and checklists and compliance protocols for all business units
- Monitor state and local laws pertaining to operations and ensure compliance with such laws and update compliance documentation and processes as legislation and regulations change.
- Inform all stakeholders of changes to regulations, policies, and procedures in their respective areas.
- Assist with training needs of individual departments
- Manage the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the operating units.
- Document all changes into training manuals and SOPs
- Conducts periodic audits to ensure all employees are performing processes/procedures accurately and the company is in compliance in all facilities including CO and CA
Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge
- Obsessed with studying and following regulations and finding weaknesses in systems
- Ability to read and understand laws, ordinances, rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Approachable to all employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Experience with Cannabis industry a plus but not required
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates required
- 5 years of related experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, biotech, alcohol, tobacco or pharmaceuticals
- Experience using Simplifya audit tools preferred

Coda Signature is an award-winning infused products company in Colorado that is experiencing rapid growth. We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our Fulfillment Team in Trinidad, CO.
A successful Receiving and Inventory Technician must possess great attention to detail and organization in order to properly and accurately receive/track product and supplies. This role will be responsible for cycle counts and maintaining day to day inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all receiving activities in the building including:
- o Proper inspection of any product/equipment receipt
- o Proper documentation per receiving SOP
- o Communicating receipt to all involved parties
- Assist in product movement throughout the building
- Responsible for regular cycle counts of all product in East Wing Storage
- Assist in cycle count of all ingredients throughout the facility
- Assist in cycle count of all finished goods throughout the building
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Maintain FIFO method of inventory control
- Assist in reporting inventory levels
Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge
- Must be able to drive forklift
- Possess both written and spoken communication skills
- Initiative – must be proactive in identifying potential issues and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Colorado resident
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to read and take direction in English
- Must be able to secure an Occupational License from the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED)
- May not have any controlled substance felony convictions or any other felony convictions that have not been fully discharged for five years prior to applying
- Must be willing and able to work all shifts
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
Education and Experience
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have inventory control experience

We are currently seeking Production Assistants to join our Edibles, Topicals, and Concentrates teams. The Coda Signature Production Assistant is a team member responsible for following the Department Heads’ specifications and standard operating procedures. This role is critical to delivering the production efficiency, consistency, accuracy, safety, and overall quality control of Coda Signature’s award-winning products. Additionally, we place a high value on our shared success, therefore collaborating with all Coda Signature team members is essential.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for performing different assembly and packaging jobs in the processing of edibles, topicals, or concentrates.
- Making quality products under sanitary conditions in the most efficient manner and on a timely basis.
- Unpacking raw materials; mixing ingredients; assembling product and packing finished goods.
- Ensuring that all products (from raw materials to finished product) meet company and government quality standards.
- Notifying supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
- All work is done in a rotation. Will rotate to other product lines in all facilities as needed.
- Maintain steady product flow during production.
- Assisting with training of new Production Assistance.
- Counting, packing and inspecting finished product for correct label, cleanliness, and quality.
- Working in a wide range of temperatures and conditions and being exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including but not limited to ear plugs, safety glasses/goggles, bump caps, hair and beard nets, and gloves.
- Performing all duties in compliance with existing State, Federal, and company regulations, policies and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).
- Conducting yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies and other standards of conduct.
Qualifications
- Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
- Understand simple instructions, training materials, and product labeling.
- Perform basic math.
- Work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts.
- Be a team player and interact professionally with co-workers.
Requirements:
- Lift up to 50lbs bending, carrying, pushing, pulling and other activities as needed
- Stand and walk on hard floors for long periods of time.
- Work in cool temperatures for extended periods throughout the day.
- Work quickly and efficiently with hands continuously (reaching and performing repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions.)
