Do you have a ridiculous obsession with creating dope content? I mean, seriously dope content? Are you obsessed with fashion and culture? Do you have an eye for good marketing? Do you see that 1 billboard out of the 300 you pass everyday and say to yourself "that's it, they know what they're doing". Than this is the job for you.
Clark Canna is a hip cannabis startup, fully saturated in current cultural trends - Our team is born from creators and marketing geniuses from some of the largest streetwear brands in the market. Our brand currently owns three companies. The person we hire for this role will be responsible for creating content for THREE companies and must have drive and motivation to break boundaries and make amazing content.
The person for this role will be working 75% in our office and 25% out in the world shooting content for our brands. you MUST be a self starter, self motivator, and someone who isn't afraid to have long days and long nights to hit deadlines. Because this person will be responsible for photo, video, and motion FX for three brands you must be familiar with the most current photo, video, and motion graphics software. You MUST have your own camera to shoot content.
If you are someone who can create amazing marketing collateral for: web, social, print, and trade shows this is the job for you. If you are someone who can work until 4AM without complaining (because we do) this is the job for you. If you thrive in a demanding, competitive workplace this is the job for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Clark Canna is a start up cannabis company fully emerged in the culture. Familiarity with relevant fashion brands, streetwear, and indie culture strongly preferred. We have cultivated a collaborative, fast-paced and fun-loving environment full of dedicated people who work as a team to deliver high-quality cannabis products. The missing link is one individual who can product high quality realistic VFX, Video and modern motion graphics. We’re not afraid to be different and beyond relevant in current indie and streetwear culture.
As a Motion Graphic Artist, you will be working closely with the marketing team to efficiently and accurately complete daily video productions and vfx assignments. Often this involves updating or expanding previously developed concepts and templates into personalized productions. Periodically, you will join the creative team to collaborate on new creative ideas and videos. You will have opportunities to learn and grow professionally through various training avenues and interaction with company owners. We strive to always improve workflow efficiencies, customer service, and product creativity.
Essential Functions

- Create motion graphics and edit videos using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere.
- Stay on task and manage time in order to meet quick-turn daily deadlines.
- Finish each project with an eye for excellence, ensuring the work is free of errors and is visually appealing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Integrate closely with producers, the creative director, and production team to ensure a smooth workflow and the highest quality output.
- Able to balance time constraints on a project but still deliver high-quality work using efficient methods.
- Maintain a calm and positive attitude and an understanding that timelines and creative can and will change at a moment’s notice.
- Able to take constructive criticism with grace and use it to enhance your skills.
- Maintain an attitude of helping others and being a team player.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for development projects.
- Strong desire to learn and create.
Education and Experience
- Degree in media arts, graphic design, or similar.
- Three years of experience and/or strong skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- 3+ years of experience in video production at a design facility, ad agency, broadcast/cable, or similar is preferred.
- Experience organizing and maintaining digital files.
Someone interested in breaking into the cannabis industry by providing high quality content seen in fashion and music but never before seen in cannabis.

We're looking for a rockstar Front End Developer that can join a small team aimed at enhancing UI/UX across the whole site, adding to core shopping and subscription functionality, and much more! We need someone with experience in creating strong UI/UX and Front-End experience for our B2B and B2C clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the CEO and Marketing Director in developing unique web experiences
- Be a steward for responsiveness with a focus on mobile web experiences
- As you develop new experiences, you’ll also be tasked with building customization modules for pre-existing solutions
- Bring ideas to the table around how to integrate codebases between multiple (yet different) api's and expansion stores and implementing other code versioning techniques
- Continually innovate and participate in developing our roadmap -- we don’t want someone that simply churns out code
- Help implement QA processes
- Relevant with modern style and user interfaces (be ahead of the curve!)
What You Should Have:
- Expert proficiency with HTML/CSS and Javascript libraries, such as jQuery
- Experience with react a huge plus
- Thorough experience working with API libraries and connecting CRM's
- Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems
- An eye for UI (show us in your examples!)
- Some UX chops and understanding of web best practices as it relates to user behavior
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Ability to work within in a cross-functional team
- A mobile-first mindset
- An innovative restlessness
It’d Be Nice If You Had:
- Experience with e-commerce and CRM platforms
- Understanding of 3rd party login flow through Multipass, such as Auth0
- Experience with writing basic scripts in Ruby or Python
- Any experience with NodeJS
- Any experience with SQL
- Any experience with mobile technologies
You will be working directly with our marketing department and art department, someone relevant with current cultural and fashion trends a huge plus.
