A new and quickly growing cannabis company, KORcannabis, is opening up its initial dispensary in beautiful Sonoita, Arizona. They are looking for an experienced retail Assistant Manager to head their flagship store!
The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Manager. When necessary, the Assistant Manager will act in place of the Manager. The Assistant Manager will work with the Manager to supervise and/or coordinate all aspects of the Dispensary to ensure high-quality delivery of services to patients, consistent and compliant with all legal requirements. The Assistant Manager will also act as the Lead Budtender and will be cross-trained to serve customers and patients while assisting other team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervising dispensary staff and providing administrative support;

Budtenders will report to and work under the supervision of the Manager and/or Assistant Manager. Budtenders will assist in patient intake and the provisioning of medical marihuana. Budtenders are also cross-trained and responsible for checking in new and existing patients per the Arizona requirements, answering phones, creating patient profiles, and assisting where needed.
They will also update patient records and profiles, manage and rotate inventory onto the provisioning center sales floor, operate cash registers and point-of-sale terminals, and clean and sanitize the provisioning center and equipment regularly. Our Budtenders are the first to greet our patients and begin a positive experience, so a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming personality is essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the inventory within the provisioning center by handling incoming shipments, completing any accompanying paperwork, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Operating cash registers, performing data entry or inventory, and updating patient records and profiles.
- Providing patients with a “menu” of currently available medical-marihuana products, assisting in selecting products, providing advice based on the patient’s comments, and medical marihuana treatment plan.

- Walk the perimeter of the premises outside to ensure that everything is in the correct spot and that there are no abnormalities.
- Ensure the vault is secured and locked at all times.
- Escort patients out the exit door from the dispensing room when the sale is completed.
- Make sure all deliveries go through the gray door on the outside of the building (the one that has no handlebar on the outside).
- Maintains knowledge of all strains of cannabis, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls and accessories for sale in the dispensary.
- Maintain knowledge of all sales and deals that are being advertised and be able to explain them to the patient accurately.

Oversees all aspects of the Dispensary, ensuring systems and procedures are in place for selling safe, high-quality products strictly following all Arizona regulations.
They also have a wealth of knowledge of their store’s inventory and can speak to employees and customers with confidence in each area to accomplish the customer's needs and wants. . Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by following recommended investigative procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists the Head of Retail in ensuring all day-to-day operations align with company standards.
- Interfaces with vendors, purchasers, security, and transport personnel to coordinate the purchase, delivery, and transfer of marihuana products, retail products, equipment, and supplies; Ensure par inventory levels are maintained at all times.
- Monitors all transactions and cash within the retail store, including preparing bank deposits, counting drawers and safes, making change for register safes, requesting coinage for the vault, and performing record-keeping duties related to all cash.

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you are responsible for the final stage of the product's lifecycle. This position's main function is pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery, verifying the accuracy of product type and quantity. Additionally, the Order Fulfillment Specialist is quality checking to ensure compliant labeling as they prepare orders.
This role is also responsible for tracking product electronically on the State traceability system to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations The Fulfillment Specialist reports to the Fulfillment Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with off-site sales partners to receive orders
- Pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery; labeling in accordance with DoA/MRA rules and regulations

ChampionPEO is in need of a full-time Budtender for a brand new Dispensary located in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan.
A Budtender will possess a vast knowledge of marijuana products and the seemingly endless ways to use them. The primary goal of the Budtender is to help educate and serve patients so that each one understands what strains and products best meet their needs.
A Budtender accurately weighs patient orders or choose a prepackaged weight requested, collects payment, and carefully tracks inventory levels on the sales floor.
Compliance with all marijuana and government regulations is always a major responsibility and deviations will be immediately reported to the Provision Manager when a noncompliance issue occurs. The Budtender reports to the Floor Manager (Team Lead).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and establish rapport with patients/customers—get to know them and seek to understand their interest in marijuana as a medicine.
- Assist patients/customers in identifying the strains and methods of medication that best fit their individual needs and preferences.
- Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
- Correctly use scales and packaging tools to complete patient’s orders.
- Continue to enhance knowledge of medical marijuana, and continually hone abilities to explain treatment procedures and product uses.
- Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.
- Check expiration dates daily on all date-sensitive products and follow all regulations for disposal or reducing the cost of near or outdated products.
- Maintain the professional appearance of the Provision Center by correctly restocking or facing the merchandise on the sales floor and participating in basic store clean-up.

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing all government, regulatory, and internal compliance activities and associated documents. The Compliance Coordinator must be familiar with standards, practices, regulations, and producers within the cannabis industry.
They will perform a variety of tasks under the direction of their supervisors, Assistant Manager, and Provisioning Manager. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support regulatory and third-party inspections and audits and assist in identifying and implementing any corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with current laws and regulations.
