Under the guidance of our Legal and Compliance Officers the License and Applications PM will ensure accurate and timely submission of license and application materials required to acquire a cannabis license.
The License and Applications PM should have strong organizational and Project Management skills and have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Project as well Microsoft Office, and Google Suit.

Inventory is the backbone of our retail operations. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Specialists main duties are processing and reconciling inventory, forecasting supplies and analyzing sales data to help drive purchasing decisions. This person will work directly with distribution, accounting and purchasing in ensuring accuracy of transactions in receiving, consumption and reporting of inventory transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inventory and POS systems, preferably within a multi-location environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Intake and process inventory into METRC and POS system, including matching vendor invoices to purchase orders and METRC manifests.
· Utilize the existing inventory tracking system, as well as suggesting and working on improvements to the system, to optimize inventory control procedures.
· Forecast inventory needs to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
· Schedules, oversees and reports cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations, including processing and reporting of necessary adjustments
· Subject matter expert for use of internal and external facing systems; TREEZ, METRC, Excel Reports.
· Ability to follow procedures and prevent errors.
· Investigates discrepancies in inventory
· Responsible for the physical organization of inventory by ensuring material/product is in the correct location, including correct labeling and METRC tagging.

· Responsible for ensuring that inventory organization methods like FIFO are standard practices or being implemented.

Catalyst is based in Long Beach, CA with five open locations in the Southern California area, with more locations coming online by the end of 2021. Inventory is the backbone of our retail operations. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Specialists main duties are processing and reconciling inventory, forecasting supplies and analyzing sales data to help drive purchasing decisions. This person will work directly with distribution, accounting and purchasing in ensuring accuracy of transactions in receiving, consumption and reporting of inventory transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inventory and POS systems, preferably within a multi-location environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Intake and process inventory into METRC and POS system, including matching vendor invoices to purchase orders and METRC manifests.
· Utilize the existing inventory tracking system, as well as suggesting and working on improvements to the system, to optimize inventory control procedures.
· Forecast inventory needs to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
· Schedules, oversees and reports cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations, including processing and reporting of necessary adjustments
· Subject matter expert for use of internal and external facing systems; TREEZ, METRC, Excel Reports.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Specialists main duties are processing and reconciling inventory, forecasting supplies and analyzing sales data to help drive purchasing decisions. Roles and Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:
The General Manager is the supervisor of the dispensary operations and has direct authority, control, or supervision over all personnel who engage in the retail sale of cannabis products.

The Director of Operations will be working closely with the leadership team to establish and follow long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to promote and support the vision of the Company and their operations.
Your focuses will include:
· Leading by example. This a hands-on operational management position. You will regularly be at the facilities driving accountability with the facility operational teams.
· Effectively manages current operations and promotes the development of new facilities and services to meet changing market demands in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.
· Affirm the Company vision and mission statement and upholds organizational core values.
· Sets and takes direction from the leadership team to establish expectations and measurements for organizational achievements.
· Leads in developing, monitoring and updating the organization’s operational control.
· Guide operations to optimize efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
· Regularly reviews operational reports and aides in mentorship and critique, taking actions to assure favorable outcomes.
· Compliance - Must possess a strong history of interaction with regulatory agencies. The focus must be to ensure that the organization is always staying compliant with State and Federal Law regarding the Cannabis Industry.
· Motivates staff at all levels toward the realization of articulated vision and toward the accomplishment of goals consistent with the strategic plan.
·Ensure that effective policies, procedures and systems are utilized to improve the overall operation.
· Influence development, and ensure that competent leadership and operational systems are in place, that drive and achieve change and development across all aspects of the Company.
Strong candidates will possess:
· Bachelor’s degree from four-year accredited college
· MBA Preferred
· Strong working knowledge of agriculture and/or cannabis
· Knowledge of the manufacturing, processing and distribution.
· Experience in operations and directorial roles
· Experience with start-ups / fast growth company/fast paced environments is preferred.
· An energetic, passionate, forward-thinking individual with high ethical and an appropriate professional image
· Experience in strategic planning including the ability to formalize a long-range plan to define company goals; ability to assess internal and external factors which have an impact on success.
· Skill in conducting analyses by evaluating the company’s operating performance; ability to apply such information to organizational decision-making.
· Proven organizational growth in areas of culture and leadership development.
· Formal higher education in botany, agronomy, plant science, horticulture preferred.
· Strong Ability to measure against KPIs.

PAY RANGE: $14 - $16.00 per hour+ tips, bonuses * JOB STATUS: Part-time with chance to become Full Time in 3-6 months

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our ideal budtender is energetic, kind, insightful, and offers cannabis knowledge. Our company loves to invest in our budtenders to put them on the fast track for promotions within our company. Budtenders assist guests, clients, vendors and management whenever possible.Budtenders assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Our budtenders are responsible for helping customers, checking them out, cash handling, and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences and well as consistently learn products and develop cannabis education.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service and Sales
- Greeting every customer with a big smile and kind attitude - Hello -Welcome!
- Know that the customer comes first before additional job duties are performed
- Responsible for supporting dispensary store manager and assistant store manager
- Responds to all customer questions, concerns, or suggestions and reaches out to management when in necessary
- Maintain a compliant and clean facility and assures side-work completion every shift
- Provides superior customer service for vendors, patient/customers, and caregivers
- Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment
- Customer services standards set by company will be upheld
- Information-based training will be given to all budtenders in order to educate customers with budtenders expected to continue education on all products
- Maintain product knowledge of all products in-store in order to communicate to customers and patients
- Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Community volunteering opportunities
- Make sure labels are always facing out and product is properly displayed
- Accurately and compliantly barcode all products
- Look to achieve daily sales goals
- Know that no vault access is allowed under any circumstances
- Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
Cash-handling and Point of Sale:
- Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Accurate and timely data entry for inventory control
- Accurately process payments from customers; issues receipts, refunds, credits, and change.
- Operate a cash register and itemize total purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and nontaxable items.
- Responsible for updates and proper communication on deals and specials
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background/Live Scan check.
- Must adhere to Employee Handbook policies
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous retail experience; cannabis sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale cashier systems.
- Ability to perform general mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and currency handling skills.
- Must be able to individually lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours straight
