ROLE SUMMARY
Fluent operates in a high-security environment, with the safety and security of the company’s employees and facility being of the utmost priority and concern. The Security Monitor utilizes the key responsibilities enumerated below to create a safe environment for the retail sales of medical cannabis and the safety of all employees
HOURS
Shift B – Wednesday 4:30pm-8:30pm, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing surveillance systems for the dispensary onsite.
- Reviewing incidents at the dispensary and providing video to managers/corporate.
- Daily checks of all the key areas of the dispensary with the main focus on parking lots, vaults, and customer areas.
- Report any major incident or investigation to the National Security Director.
- Document electronically any investigation or incident so that a record can be maintained.
- Review the Diversion and other security-related SOP’s and send recommended revisions as needed.
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with the off-site alarm operations company.
- Immediately report any unsafe situation to the manager at the dispensary and document the disposition.
- Investigate any reported accidents, thefts, property loss or unlawful activities.
- Complete daily security reports to be sent to the National Security Director.
- Utilizing existing anti-diversion measures to ensure the safety and security of all cannabis, medical cannabis products and employees.
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with city, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Check State issued Medical Cannabis licenses at the door or via the intercom before patients are allowed inside.
- Be willing to perform additional security-related responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three years in security operations experience, including monitoring CCTV’s.
- Must be able to accurately use computer-based point of sale software systems.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be a highly organized person with an excellent working knowledge of security operations, safety practices.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the technology related to data processing.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals.

ROLE SUMMARY
The medical practitioner is responsible for serving patients by preparing and dispensing medications; giving pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies. Ensuring Fluent complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, the Pennsylvania DOH, and the food and drug administration by monitoring dispensary inspections; maintaining records for controlled substances; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management of needed actions are all included responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects of patient interaction, inventory management and PA DOH compliance.
- Maintains a comprehensive pharmacy patient profile. Oversees the packaging labeling, and distribution of medications for all patients and employees according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provides timely and accurate medication information to patients.
- Processes or ensures processing of all medication order information into an electronic health record, MJ Freeway, to ensure accuracy of records regarding past, current and future dispensing and charging.
- Monitors the use of scheduled medications and maintains controlled inventories of medication in the dispensing areas.
- Maintains excellent relationships with physicians.
- Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of healthcare professionals, counseling patients and drug therapies.
- Helps to develops and train dispensary staff and health care professionals.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Displays a positive, problem-solving attitude during work hours
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Pennsylvania Pharmacist
- Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 4-hour medical practitioner training and 2-hour compliance training (TRAIN)
- Retail management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate or present information to management and personnel
- Leadership ability with experience in a business setting or in a customer-facing sales business solutions environment
- Strong people and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible working hours based on business needs; our shifts are usually 10 hours
- Work closely with the Assistant Director of Retail Operations and Market Strategist to engage the community and the team
- Clear background check and FBI level fingerprint results
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania

ROLE SUMMARY

The Security Monitor utilizes the key responsibilities enumerated below to create a safe environment for the retail sales of medical cannabis and the safety of all employees
HOURS
Shift B – Wednesday 2:30pm-7:30pm, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:45am-8:30p
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing surveillance systems for the dispensary onsite.
- Reviewing incidents at the dispensary and providing video to managers/corporate.
- Daily checks of all the key areas of the dispensary with the main focus on parking lots, vaults, and customer areas.
- Report any major incident or investigation to the National Security Director.
- Document electronically any investigation or incident so that a record can be maintained.
- Review the Diversion and other security-related SOP’s and send recommended revisions as needed.
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with the off-site alarm operations company.
- Immediately report any unsafe situation to the manager at the dispensary and document the disposition.
- Investigate any reported accidents, thefts, property loss or unlawful activities.
- Complete daily security reports to be sent to the National Security Director.
- Utilizing existing anti-diversion measures to ensure the safety and security of all cannabis, medical cannabis products and employees.
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with city, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Check State issued Medical Cannabis licenses at the door or via the intercom before patients are allowed inside.
- Be willing to perform additional security-related responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three years in security operations experience, including monitoring CCTV’s.
- Must be able to accurately use computer-based point of sale software systems.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be a highly organized person with an excellent working knowledge of security operations, safety practices.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the technology related to data processing.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Fluent dispensary in accordance with Pennsylvania state laws and regulations and standards set by Fluent. Further, the General Manager is responsible for measuring sales, including sales improvement of the team and individual Curators. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, oversees and is accountable for the store's operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaboration with human resources, and managing operating costs. The Dispensary Manager provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Dispensary Manager maintains the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion for all patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining exceptional standards, providing solid product knowledge, and all other exemplary service components.
- Analyze and measure sales trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives in the team and each team member.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOPs.
- Engage and inspire store teams to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment.
- Ensure departmental compliance with the state registry and HIPPA regulations, including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, creation, review, and submission of reports, and preparation of policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, monthly one-on-one meetings with team members, and audits.
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews accompanied by written plans for improvement, as applicable.
- Conduct and oversee audits.
- Ensure proper management of pre-packaged inventory and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations.
- Partners with the Human Resources department and recommends salaries, writes appraisals, and takes progressive disciplinary actions when required.
- Ensures a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee and ensure cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining, and reconciling cash with MJ Freeway.
- Engage with managers in all departments to ensure the dispensary is running smoothly, including delivery, cultivation, and security teams.
- Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
- Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relations.

ROLE SUMMARY
The medical practitioner is responsible for serving patients by preparing and dispensing medications; giving pharmacological information to the multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies. Ensuring Fluent complies with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, the Pennsylvania DOH, and the food and drug administration by monitoring dispensary inspections; maintaining records for controlled substances; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management of needed actions are all included responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects of patient interaction, inventory management and PA DOH compliance.
- Maintains a comprehensive pharmacy patient profile. Oversees the packaging labeling, and distribution of medications for all patients and employees according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provides timely and accurate medication information to patients.
- Processes or ensures processing of all medication order information into an electronic health record, MJ Freeway, to ensure accuracy of records regarding past, current and future dispensing and charging.
- Monitors the use of scheduled medications and maintains controlled inventories of medication in the dispensing areas.
- Maintains excellent relationships with physicians.
- Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of healthcare professionals, counseling patients and drug therapies.
- Helps to develops and train dispensary staff and health care professionals.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Pennsylvania Pharmacist
- Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 4-hour medical practitioner training and 2-hour compliance training (TRAIN)

ROLE SUMMARY
Fluent operates in a high-security environment, with the safety and security of the company’s employees and facility being of the utmost priority and concern. The Security Monitor utilizes the key responsibilities enumerated below to create a safe environment for the retail sales of medical cannabis and the safety of all employees
HOURS
Shift B – Wednesday 2:30pm-7:30pm, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7:45am-8:30p
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing surveillance systems for the dispensary onsite.
- Reviewing incidents at the dispensary and providing video to managers/corporate.
- Daily checks of all the key areas of the dispensary with the main focus on parking lots, vaults, and customer areas.
- Report any major incident or investigation to the National Security Director.
- Document electronically any investigation or incident so that a record can be maintained.
- Review the Diversion and other security-related SOP’s and send recommended revisions as needed.
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with the off-site alarm operations company.
- Immediately report any unsafe situation to the manager at the dispensary and document the disposition.
- Investigate any reported accidents, thefts, property loss or unlawful activities.
- Complete daily security reports to be sent to the National Security Director.
- Utilizing existing anti-diversion measures to ensure the safety and security of all cannabis, medical cannabis products and employees.
- Maintain a professional and working relationship with city, county, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Check State issued Medical Cannabis licenses at the door or via the intercom before patients are allowed inside.
- Be willing to perform additional security-related responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three years in security operations experience, including monitoring CCTV’s.
- Must be able to accurately use computer-based point of sale software systems.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must be a highly organized person with an excellent working knowledge of security operations, safety practices.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Key Holder, you may be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently and ensures cash handling standards are met and company funds are secured.

ROLE SUMMARY
As an Assistant General Manager, you inspire teams to deliver measurable results for the store. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs. You will sell effectively, and every day is an opportunity for you to turn another Fluent visitor into a loyal Fluent customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals.
- Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum.
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
- Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s health conditions and needs
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
