The Senior AR Manager will be responsible for managing the credit and collections on all invoices, establish scalable billing, and certify the integrity and accuracy of all monthly, quarterly, & annual closing processes. This is a Temp Part-Time opportunity with a cap of 20 hours per week.
A Caliva Brand Ambassador is outgoing, engaging, and capable of providing a knowledgeable overview of the Caliva product portfolio. You will be responsible for building and strengthening Caliva's relationship with our retail partner accounts and assisting the Sales team in providing the best sales support possible. The Caliva Brand Ambassador will drive brand awareness through the execution of local Marketing events and activations.
What You'll Do
- Be the "face of the brand" – a knowledgeable Caliva Brand Ambassador.
- Regularly communicate and partner with Sales and Marketing to provide adequate support for brand initiatives and programs.
- Deliver measurable results of owned responsibilities assigned.
- Ownership of regularly scheduling and executing in-store demos at grocery stores and dispensaries to drive consumer awareness.
- Provide customers and vendors with an educational overview of the Caliva product assortment offered.
- Complete retail sales associate training and knowledge sessions.
- Collect and track information about retail clientele, connecting with store associates and management to ensure positive brand health.
- Setup and staff approved local events in order to drive awareness of the Caliva brand and products.
- Network with local businesses to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition to our owned retail stores and delivery service.
- Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude, and communication by representing the brand and our values in all vendor and customer interactions.

Working Environment

The Post Harvest Associate is responsible for assisting in the activities in the cultivation department including: harvesting, handling, storage, processing, packaging, and transportation. You will also be responsible for equipment sanitization and sterilization as well as maintaining facilities cleanliness.

A Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging, sealing and labeling cannabis flower and cannabis products.
What You'll Do
- Accurate weighing of cannabis in various increments from grams to ounces
- Accurately placing weighed product into proper childproof bags or containers.
- Correctly sealing and labeling all packages.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to do data entry into Track and Trace system & other department documents once properly trained
- Good communication skills needed.
- Ability to quickly assemble secondary and tertiary package elements such as branded inserts, boxes, etc., for cannabis products.
- Ability to operate basic machinery like band sealers, hand scales, etc.
- Detail oriented & capable of performing quality control checks on finished goods (sticker placement, package integrity, etc.)
- Flexibility needed in daily activities such as helping other departments and frequent rotation through product types
