We are currently hiring for Trimming/Packaging Agents. A history of honesty and reliability are a must for all applicants.
DUTIES:
· De-fanning on indoor harvest days
· Assist Cultivation team in the preparation of whole plant harvest
· Responsible for efficiently bucking bud off stems
· Assist Distribution team in trimming and packaging flower products
· Assist extraction team with cartridge filling and product labeling
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize chances of contamination and wasted product
REQUIREMENTS
· Based in Bend OR
· Form of transportation
· Previous trimming experience
· Can preform clean up trim on 1-2 lbs. of finished flower per day while maintaining quality

Summary/Objective
Monitors and executes botanical extraction, purification, filtration, distillation, and recovery of extraction solvent, under the direction of senior extraction technicians and/or Laboratory Director.
A goal of the job is to maintain productivity and quality of end products.
Responsibilities will also include reporting to the Lab Director/Supervisor on daily progress, maintaining extremely accurate records, overseeing and actively supporting when necessary the day to day manufacturing operations.
The Manufacturing processes include production and packaging of (but not limited to):
· Crude Oil
· Winterized Crude
· Distillate
Additionally as production deadlines require you may be needed to transfer shifts at our other nearby facility to assist with production and packaging.
The Manufacturing Technician reports directly to the Lab Director and/or Shift supervisor.
Essential Functions
Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50lbs.
Ensures the comprehensive compliance of all Extraction Technician activities including; but not limited to:
Maintaining a safe working environment, following safety protocols, rules, and procedures at all times.
Work with the Lab Director to ensure goals and deadlines are being met in a timely fashion.
Inspect materials and supplies for manufacturing operations.
Confirm correct materials and appropriate quantities are used, report any discrepancies.
Recommend measures to improve production process methods and equipment performance while keeping quality of product in mind.
Set an example for effective communication within and outside the department.
Verifies that all necessary equipment needed is ready, clean, and in working order prior to the start of the shift, and upon the conclusion of work at that station.
Notifies director, department manager, supervisor or maintenance department when repairs or adjustments to equipment are needed.
Ensures that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.
Ensure all documentation is completely filled out and accurate. Including Batch records, pre/post op checklists, room and equipment log books.
Ensures and reviews all related Quality Assurance paperwork is completed throughout the shift and is submitted to manager at the end of each shift.
Follows and enforces all company policies & procedures, & Quality Standards.
Maintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free work place and reports any unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety-related issues to Management.
Assists as necessary in the performance of all manufacturing activities and/or any other duties assigned.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility, both on work equipment and work areas.
Comply with all health quality standards as it relates to use of cleanroom apparel, hair nets, facemasks, as well as hygiene and grooming standards.
Required Education and Experience

This position will require excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask during the production of different projects and various products at the same time.
Good interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and keep records on a variety documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, formulas, and policy and procedures manuals.
Exceptional math skills – the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Comfortable working with the metric system. Detailed note taking and batch records will be required.
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
Experience with track and trace software. Metrc a huge plus.
Cannabis processing experience is a plus.
Experience working in a laboratory environment, knowledge of clean manufacturing processes are a plus.
Must be 21+ to work in OR Cannabis Field. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL WE LEGALLY CANNOT HIRE YOU IF YOU ARE NOT 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Summary: Reporting directly to the Outdoor Farm Manager, the Outdoor Cultivation Manager will oversee all aspects of cannabis cultivation for two Tier 2 recreational licenses. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of large scale outdoor cannabis/hemp cultivation experience, proficiency with Oregon’s Metrc tracking system and OLCC rules, strong people and data management skills, as well as a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the farm’s seasonal flows. The Outdoor Cultivation Manager will also be responsible for the day to day management of the farm’s fall harvest.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
1. Soil and plant health management
· Maintain soil health through soil testing and leaf tissue analysis. Determine proper nutrient applications to maintain soil and plant health to maximize yield.
· Identify nutrient deficiencies and respond accordingly
· Maintain nutrient and biological application calendar
· Train and supervise crew members on proper nutrient and biological tea application timing and methods
2. Irrigation management
· Ensure proper irrigation for each individual garden zone throughout the growing season
· Maintain irrigation system and address repair needs immediately
· Train, supervise and delegate crew members on maintenance and repair needs
3. IPM program management
· Identify and record foliar and soil pest pressure
· Develop and implement IPM program
4. Metrc tracking from seed to harvest
· Maintain Metrc tracking system of all plants through proper tagging of all plants, updating location and growth stage changes.
· Maintain Metrc tracking system during harvest, including manicure and harvest data, timely harvest batch packaging and transfer manifests
5. Yearly cultivar selection for full-term and greenhouse light-dep seed and clone grown cannabis
· Determine what cultivars will be grown from seed and clone during the winter months, as well as where and when each cultivar will be planted
· Create seed planting and cloning calendar to ensure timely planting
6. Garden Hand hiring, training, supervision and daily task coordination
· Interview, hire, train and maintain daily task calendar
· Supervise crew to ensure that all garden tasks are completed correctly and efficently
7. SOP development related to cultivation
· Develop and document SOP’s related to cultivation management
8. Harvest management
· Assist with hiring and scheduling of seasonal harvest crew
· Determine when each cultivar will be manicured and harvested for flower and oil production on a daily basis, direct and supervise harvest crew to ensure efficient and correct harvesting
· Maintain Harvest Schedule in Metrc
· Communicate with Distro Warehouse Manager regarding transfer of harvest product to Distro Warehouse
In addition to the aforementioned duties, the Cultivation Manager will be expected to communicate well with the Farm Manager, Operations Manager and crew members. The ability to take initiative, stay organized, work hard and treat all coworkers with respect is paramount to this position. This is a salaried, full time, year round position with full health benefits, PTO and 401K offerings.
