The Trim and Packaging Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including trimming, prepping, packaging, and labeling in accordance with standards set by butter.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by butter procedures.
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed butter’s specifications and customer’s expectations.
- Ensuring 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout the entire packaging process.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, butter’s SOP’s, and all applicable required procedures.

PURPOSE
The dispensary associate is the backbone of the dispensary team and is responsible for facilitating the flow of customers and product at its most base level. An ideal candidate has extensive cannabis product knowledge and customer service experience. This Full or part time position is a great way to enter the cannabis industry and experience working in a state licensed cannabis facility. Dispensary associates will interact with customers at the counter, fulfill online orders, assist customers with check in, and/or help facilitate inventory control based on the needs of the business that day.
Associates at butter provide friendly and helpful customer service, guiding customers to the best cannabis products to fit their unique needs and desires, delivering a top tier experience. While doing so, a budtender must maintain compliance with all cannabis retail regulations and keep their work area and display cases clean and orderly.
Qualified applicants have retail sales and customer service experience. Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required. This is an entry level position that will allow an employee to experience all aspects of day to day operation of a dispensary with room to progress and specialize.

PURPOSE
The Senior Flower Lead serves as butter’s leader for the flower stage of agricultural grow practices and advises on delivering quality and innovative cannabis product and solutions to cannabis patients and consumers. The Senior Flower Lead will work to maintain and preserve the vision and qualities that make butter unique to their consumers. As a leader within the cannabinoid producing stage of plant development the Senior Flower Lead will be responsible for optimizing grow operations while implementing innovative new cannabis growing and breeding techniques to include best methods of planting, nutrient regiment, cultivating, and harvest as well as cultivar selection for specific outcomes. This role works closely and collaboratively with facilities' leadership and all members of the cultivation team.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Direct Reports: All team members within the flower team.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Establishes and reinforces established Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with the state of Michigan’s medical marijuana regulations.
- Provides guidance to personnel in working in a highly regulated GMP certified manufacturing environment.
- Works closely with cultivation team on all elements completion of the finished good.
- Provides consistent oversight of post cultivation & finished goods procedures, ensuring standardized requirements and accuracy.
- Provides leadership to staff, ensuring counts are accurate and staff are performing in the most efficient manner possible.
- Provides supervision and leadership to the regarding precise weighing, measuring, and finished packaging for all production schedules and associated testing.
- Responsible for inventory, recordkeeping, and quality of product at all times, maintaining inventory via seed to sale tracking.
- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all product weights
- Works in a timely manner and strives to improve quality and maintain accuracy.
- Ensures that all products are packaged, counted, sorted and labeled accurately.
- Demonstrates leadership behaviors and serve as example to others at all times.
- Manages day to day issues as they arise, requesting assistance as needed.
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Able to develop and sustain a “lean startup” culture of constant experimentation and learning
- Ensure all state regulations are followed and documentation is prepared and submitted as required.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
